“Kristin with Hausfrau Catering did a phenomenal job with my daughter’s wedding at Balla Cloiche Vineyards. The food and service were beyond expectation. The appetizers at cocktail hour were great, particularly the mini crab cakes (even made gluten free due to some allergies). There were about 90 guests and everything went very smoothly, from the plated salad and soup courses, then main course stations set up with beef, poultry, seafood choices, as well as a vegan option for a couple of guests. Dessert shooters were delicious. The rentals (tables, place settings, etc) were great and communication and flexibility were exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommend Hausfrau for any catering needs.”

“I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality, I felt like they truly deserved one. From the first conversation all the way through the end of the event, everything was handled with so much professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Planning an event can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to make sure the food, setup, timing, and overall experience come together the way you imagined. The team at Maison D made the entire process feel so much easier. They listened to what we wanted, communicated with us throughout the process, and were very accommodating when it came to the little details that mattered to us. The food was honestly one of the highlights of the event. Everything tasted fresh, was seasoned really well, and the presentation was beautiful. Our guests kept talking about how good the food was, and several people even asked who catered the event. The portions were great, everything came out looking professional, and you could tell that they actually take pride in what they serve. What impressed me just as much as the food was the service. The staff was friendly, respectful, attentive, and professional without making things feel stiff or overly formal. They made sure our guests were taken care of and handled things behind the scenes without us having to constantly check in or worry about what was happening next. That allowed us to actually enjoy the event instead of spending the entire time trying to manage everything. There were also little touches throughout the event that showed they genuinely cared about the experience and weren’t just there to provide food and leave. That type of hospitality is hard to find. Overall, we had a really great experience with Maison D Events and Hospitality. “Kelsey and her team did an incredible job catering for the bridal shower that I was hosting! She took the time to construct a menu with me that fit the Sunday dinner vibe with an elegant “something blue before I do” theme. The food was absolutely delicious, the presentation was gorgeous. The service incredible. She kept everything full and ready for second helpings. The little details that she added made it all the better. The effort she put in to the theme was so impressive. Small blue bows on the champagne flutes, cups that match the theme. I could feel the love she has for her job and the dedication she has to please her customers. “From the moment we reached out to them for a consultation to the end of our wedding, working with the Appetites by RJ team was a calm blessing in the flurry of wedding planning. They were always extremely responsive, kind, flexible, professional, and warm. We are a queer couple and they treated us like family from the beginning. Most importantly the food was AMAZING. Our guests are still talking about it, especially the mac and cheese and cornbread. We also hired them as our bartending team, and they did a great job with that as well. On wedding day, everything went without a glitch, and they made sure us as the wedding couple were fed and provided drinks throughout the night, so we actually got to really enjoy their delicious food.
