Each time I find more reasons to be grateful to Ellen: her expertise, professionalism, perfect execution, and plating that's worthy of a picture in MOMA. Ellen's menu repertoire is bottomless, yet she always accommodated me with the off-the-menu choices, as requested. She not only steps in at the right moment when attention is needed, she also anticipates the need, moving like a beautiful ballerina to assist the guests. She is THE Master Chef who serves her delicious, swallow-your tongue dishes at perfect intervals and with portions that are plentiful, even for a re-heat of the leftovers the next day.
