Our micro-wedding packages include access to the first floor of the house, the rustic cellar basement, an adorable log house, a tent-covered outdoor area, and the picturesque grounds—from 10 AM to 10 PM. Bridal suites are also included to enhance your experience. For out-of-town family and friends, we offer a three-day package accommodating up to 10 guests to stay at the Mohler House the night before and the night of your special day. Well Wishes Farm is a barn venue offering 2 full days of use with each rental. The air-conditioned farmhouse, built in 1855, is included and has separate spaces for the bridal party and groomsmen to get ready. The barn is not climate controlled, but fans, open doors, and a breeze are utilized in summer months and portable heaters in cooler months. Rental of the venue is a flat fee and includes taxes, use of chairs, 5' round tables, 8' rectangular tables, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, patio heaters, bars, refrigerators/freezers, and a bronze arch. Well Wishes Farm, endeavors to allow couples to create the custom wedding of their dreams in a non-hurried fashion. We provide the backdrop, and couples achieve their vision with vendors of their own choosing. New for the 2025 season are 2 handicapped-accessible bathrooms that are steps from the barn. We only host 10 weddings a year, since we give you the whole 31 acres for an entire weekend, as well as provide 5-star overnight accommodations for 30 people. You can leisurely set up your wedding exactly the way you want it. Have your rehearsal on site the night before, sleep on property, and have no worries about traveling to your wedding! This historic estate sits on a secluded the 23 acre East Lake. The mansion can sleep up to 14 guests overnight. Minimum night stay is 2 nights unless the wedding guest list is under 35. We can accommodate up to 50 guests in the mansion for small indoor weddings.
