She came to me and took time to look at the photos I had and listened to what I wanted and asked plenty of questions when I couldn’t quite describe what I wanted. I had a few tweaks I wanted to make after the trial and she nailed every single one. The morning of the wedding, she made me feel totally at ease. The trial went by smoothly and we made little makeup changes for the day-of. On the day of the wedding, they accommodated my bridesmaid requests (if they wanted more or less makeup and different hairstyles).
