Born and raised in Rio de Janeiro Brazil, he immigrated to the US in September 2001 His early days in the US he found his passion for food & hospitality business. His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. During his career, Rodrigo has served the US Army for 3 years and devoted many hours to his local community. Melissa began her career in fine dining before making her way to work banquets and catering for numerous hotels in the Boston area. Twelve 31 has been catering events all over New Hampshire since 2018.
