Hiring Allie as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our big day! As a queer, interracial couple with a super diverse group of friends and family, we were nervous about finding someone who would respect and celebrate us, but Allie was exactly what we needed and more. Allie stepped in two weeks before the wedding and immediately took over all the vendor communication, making sure everything was handled so we could just enjoy the process. All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. Dana really knows the ins and outs of organizing a wedding, is in tune with the Columbus wedding scene, and has incredibly valuable connections. When I was wedding planning I was hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, but I am so glad that I did. Brittany was absolutely the best investment that we made for our wedding. From the first phone call I had with Brittany, her demeanor put me at ease and was a big part of why I decided to hire her. Even though she was only my day of coordinator she helped me book my last couple vendors that I needed. The Sunday before our wedding we did a final walkthrough at the venue where Brittany got the lay of the land, got to ask questions to the venue, make suggestions to me for day of, and make the timeline. She did so much work behind the scenes communicating with vendors that really took the pressure off of me the last few weeks of the wedding. The day of, Brittany arrived to the venue hours before anyone else to set up. She did everything absolutely perfect and kept me updated the whole entire time. During the ceremony and reception she was running around helping the photographer, answering vendor questions, and keeping us on track of the timeline. When the wedding was over Brittany and her husband broke down all the tables and chairs, boxed up our desserts, and helped us get all the decor and gifts loaded in the car. Overall we wouldn't have had the amazing wedding we had without Brittany, she's the best and well worth the investment!

I hired Zoe for day of coordination but she was instrumental to an amazing wedding day. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend!! On a day when you give your vendors complete trust, she made me feel super assured that everything would go smoothly and she would create a beautiful setting. She was such a calming presence on the day. I had help from my family in the wedding planning process but for day of coordination she helped in creating the timeline, ensuring it went smoothly, decor set up and breakdown, and much more. She’s involved heavily about a month before the wedding but she was very proactive in her duties even before then. On the wedding day when we strayed away from the timeline she was there coordinate with vendors and guests to make the transition so seamless our guests didn’t even notice. She had set up all of the decor and even went above and beyond to create a romantic setting. Her creative touch truly added a little magic. As a perfectionist sometimes she exceeded my expectations! She made everyone feel welcomed and relaxed on the day. She even picked up our florals the morning of to alleviate some of my stress, I’m so glad I went with Zoe and know anyone who works with her will leave with an amazing experience.

Victoria was an absolute gem for day of coordination for my wedding!! She was very communicative for the weeks leading up to the wedding, helpful with ironing out any kinks with vendors, and made sure to have all the details well thought out and organized. I was able to completely let go and relax on the day of my wedding because Victoria took on all the stress for me. She handled a few of my “difficult” guests like a champ- she stayed calm and professional and didn’t let it ruin my day. She also helped me get a stain out of my dress, made sure I constantly had drinks in my hand, got my plate of food, took some nice photos/ videos on her phone, and just kept me staying sane. Victoria knows what she is doing and her personality is really a great fit for wedding coordinating. Her husband Joel was very sweet too - he did lots of the heavy lifting (literally) which was much appreciated. You will not regret hiring them for your day! She seriously helped make my wedding be the best day ever. I’m so glad I didn’t have to lift a finger and got to sit back and really enjoy my day.
