Florence Florals

5.0

  • Starts at $4,000
  • Serves Madison, TN

Floral design caught Kaitlyn off guard in the best way. A few years ago, she took a workshop on flower arranging and it was then that something ignited within her. She started creating arrangements and giving them as gifts, taught workshops using those same skills she learned, and used floral arranging as a form of her own self-care. “I love that no two floral arrangements are the same. You can use the same elements in two arrangements, but they’re all one-of-a-kind. Working with flowers is so peaceful, and it brings such joy to create something beautiful and unique." Nashville-based wedding and event florist with a passion for beauty.

Awarded Best of Zola
Florence Florals was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding. I shared my colorful vision with Kaitlyn and she made my dream a reality! She was professional, flexible, knowledgeable, kind, and creative. It was my pleasure to work with her and I am so grateful for my beautiful wedding flowers.

TeaGardens floral design

4.3

  • Starts at $100
  • Serves Madison, TN

In my work I strive to bring dreams and ideas to life. While flowers can hold their own beauty alone , by playing to the strengths of each and every stem it can create such an organic feel to an arrangement. Continuing to be unique with my work is something that motivates me as an artist. When working with an organic medium I believe it’s important to have a bit of whimsy in every peace connecting it back to where it came from. I hope my work fulfills that vision and can inspire you as well.

From the moment we first met with Ella from TeaGardens Floral Design, we knew we were in good hands. Her communication style was considerate, clarifying of our wishes, and incredibly helpful as we worked together to bring our wedding vision to life. The quality of TeaGardens' work was simply outstanding - the flowers were fresh, creative, with colors that were perfectly complementary, and everything was exquisitely put together. Ella and her team created the stunning floral posts for our ceremony, crafted all of our bouquets and boutonnieres, and beautifully decorated our ceremony aisles and reception tables. Ella is an incredibly gifted florist who is truly talented at creating beautiful, personalized florals that fit seamlessly within your wedding budget. We are so grateful we chose TeaGardens Floral Design to be a part of our special day, and we cannot recommend Ella and her team highly enough.

Knestrick By Design

5.0

  • Serves Madison, TN

Over 20 years of experience, I attribute much of my passion from amazing floral designers that pushed me to be a better designer. My mentor, Mamie Mason, loved flowers more than anyone I know. Her love and spirit were evident in everything and everyone she touched. She would free me to create and design from my own love of flowers. There wasn't a plan but more of an expression of yourself in the design. I found my passion in flowers but past the actual flower I found a passion in beauty in the ordinary. Flowers have a way in making ordinary come to life.

It was a father and daughter duo that we met with to plan everything. They gave picture examples for everything so there was no confusion. I don’t know flowers that well, and they made everything so easy.

The Pothos Parlor

5.0

  • Starts at $500
  • Serves Madison, TN

The Pothos Parlor is a Nashville-based plant rental studio specializing in pothos decor for weddings and events. Blending eclectic charm with upscale design, we offer lush, sustainable trailing greenery that transforms ordinary venues into unforgettable, living atmospheres. Whether for weddings, rehearsal dinners, or bridal showers, our mission is to provide statement making foliage that brings life, style, and a luxury touch to every event!

My husband and I absolutely loved working with The Pothos Parlor for our wedding! We weren’t interested in incorporating traditional florals, so Lilly’s live plants and rattan stands were the perfect complement to our ceremony and reception spaces. The planning process was thorough—she took the time to visualize and map out our spaces and made thoughtful recommendations that fit our style. On the wedding day, everything transitioned seamlessly. Every potted and propagated plant element was placed and repositioned with care between ceremony and reception spaces and Lilly could be trusted to make decisions on the fly as well. We also loved that there was zero floral or product waste. Since all the plants belong to her and are lovingly cared for afterward, we appreciated knowing our décor was both stunning and sustainable. If you’re looking for a unique, eco-friendly, and truly gorgeous alternative to traditional florals, we can’t recommend The Pothos Parlor enough!

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

Besides designing for you, I also offer DIY Wood Flower Experiences to create your wedding florals alongside me in person or virtually and 1:1 sessions to help DIY brides learn to do it themselves.

Awarded Best of Zola
Working with Jen for our October 2025 wedding was AMAZING!! From the moment we sent in an online inquiry, Jen was attentive, responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail oriented. She got us set up with a project planning doc immediately, and she was SO patient with us even when we were annoyingly indecisive about our vision lol. She met with us via Zoom to answer all of our questions when we were struggling to finish the document (and she is just as thorough and helpful via Zoom as she is via email). Once we placed our final order, Jen was communicative and thorough about the process of what happened next in terms of pickup, payment, etc. When we picked up our flowers, we were ASTOUNDED by how beautiful they were. I mean, we knew they would be beautiful, but truly, WOW. Aside from bouquets & boutonnieres, we also got garlands to use as centerpieces for our guests’ farmhouse tables, as well as small wooden circle magnets with a flower on top (we wood burned the j c into them ourselves) to use as favors. And they all looked incredible. An employee at our venue said that our decor was “the best she’s ever seen this place look,” and a large part of our decor was these flowers. I cannot recommend Jen and Wood and Word Blooms ENOUGH!!! PS bouquet photo is from today (1/5/26)!! The longevity is insane!
