OPOV Band is a well established band in business since 2014. We are currently an 10 piece band and 1 sound engineer. Our instruments are Drums, Bass, Keys, Guitar, Trumpet, Trombone, and Saxophone. We currently have 1 male vocalist and 2 female vocals. We do have the ability to add instruments and vocals upon client request. All of our musicians are experienced, professional, and seasoned. We enjoy playing good music covering various genres such as Motown, R&B, Soul, Pop, Classic Rock, and Rock 'n' Roll. Based in Staten Island, New York, Cause and The Effects is an enthusiastic band comprised of young musical professionals ready to perform at your wedding. The band was founded in 2011 but the versatile members have been playing together and separately for more than two decades. You can choose between a seven-, eight-, or 10-piece band to perform at your reception, while smaller groups can perform during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Show-stopping music is performed with a variety of instruments such as horns, percussion, saxophones, flute, and piano. They are based in Staten Island but are willing to travel to destination weddings.

I love that every wedding or party I do is unique to the couple and I never repeat myself. I strive to make it a personalized experience for the client and their guests. I excel with reading the crowd and performing a truly unique set for every couple that fits the party they want to throw. Growing up I’ve always loved singing for small and large audiences. I’ve sang a broad range of song but now I choose to stick with inspiration & lifting songs that bring hope and bring a smile to my hearers faces. I put my all in to my performance and do everything I can to help make a couple’s happy moment one of the greatest memories they’ll ever have. I have been singing at wedding ceremonies and receptions on and off for the past 7 years. One of the most exciting weddings I’ve sang at was for a friend’s reception in Sweden!
