Unfaded Brass Band is comprised of 10 members from New Orleans and surrounding areas that have assembled together to incorporate elements of hip-hop, jazz, soul, and pop music and added the brass band framework to it. . After being displaced by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, members of the band fled to Dallas and planted their roots within the city.
