I began my musical journey when I was 12 years old as a singer and drummer. Over ten years ago, I built a home recording studio and named it CC King Studio. Shortly after, I DJ’d my first wedding and CC King Entertainment was born! After DJing hundreds of weddings, my business allowed me to leave my 16-year career as an occupational therapist. I ALWAYS go the extra mile to personalize my wedding services. I also have the distinct honor to work with an amazing team of Michigan wedding DJs!

Niché Hitch was established in 2016 in Joshua Tree, CA from a repurposed vintage trailer that doubled as a studio space and mobile retailer (hence “Hitch”). It was here Lindsay got her start in the event industry, designing ceremony floral for destination weddings. Niché Hitch has since relocated to Detroit, MI where she has a private studio, and focuses on large scale weddings, events, and installations.

The Italian American Club of Livonia was founded in 1977. With membership growing, a momentous decision was made in 1990 to build a new Clubhouse & Banquet facility. With then President, Tony Greco, spearheading the effort, financing was obtained and ground was broken in 1993, culminating with a Grand Opening Gala. We opened in August of 1994 with a beautiful 26,000 square foot, two level facility located on 5.21 acres of land at Five Mile Road and the I-275 Expressway in Livonia, Michigan. Serving the Metro Detroit Area in grand style, our premier facility is a wonderful venue for gatherings of all types.

Since I was a kid photography was like a hobby. I think I can call it more than a hobby it was more like a passion. I started to realize I could tell the stories I had in me, but I also understood how to capture the stories around me, the small things that happen every day. I know the story is there, all the beauty and drama, all the characters and the details. It will be beautiful, people will be relaxed with me around, I don’t have to tell them what to do. I started photographing weddings in 2003 and eventually left my day job as a designer to do photography full-time, but I’ve never been able to turn the designer off. My style is influenced by design principles, architecture, Edward Hopper paintings, plus films by Stanley Kubrick & Denis Villeneuve. While composing I put as much attention into the scene as the subjects. I prefer to cover events solo and do my own editing, posting teasers the next day.
