About this venue

Welcome to One Under Banquet Venue. We are a family-owned restaurant, bar, and banquet facility located in Livonia, Michigan. We are conveniently located on Five Mile Road, just east of Levan, in front of the Idyl Wyld Golf Course. We are easily accessible from I-275 or I-96 and located near many hotels and shopping. We are a full service banquet hall, specializing in weddings, showers, birthday parties and more. Our venue provides the best of both worlds, our lower level has a modern, energetic feel while our upper level provides an elegant space that is perfect for weddings.

Wedding Reception

Description

Our One Under Wedding Reception Package includes a complimentary event planner, white linen tablecloths and colored linen napkin choice, choice of napkin fold, a champagne toast for the head table, a deluxe bar package, as well as cake cutting and service. Event Hours: 6:00 pm to Midnight. In order to reserve your wedding reception date of choice, we require a $1000 deposit and signed a contract with our banquet managers.

No, One Under is a full-service banquet hall. All food and drinks must be catered by One Under except for desserts.
Our lower level holds a max of 140, and our upper level has a maximum of 180
Depending on room availability, the minimum guest count is 40 adults for a private room
You are welcome to pay for the difference between your guest count and the room minimum. If you do not require a private room, we are happy to accommodate groups in our bar/restaurant
Yes, the rental for half the room (under 80) is $350, and a full room (over 80) rental is $500
We do not do holds of any kind; we suggest booking as soon as possible.
We offer two time slots for booking Monday-Saturday 10:30am-3:30pm &; 5:00pm-12:00am Sunday from 11:00am-4:00pm &; 5:30-12:00am
