I knew that my pop loving self would be fine with most things but we truly just needed to make decisions. With just 3 weeks left, we only had two songs picked out, but Doug was firm yet funny in saying "How about you two use this time to knock out the songs?" He met with us a week later and went above and beyond to help us finalize our playlist. His app saved our brain and was so easy to select songs, move them into sections and add notes like parents names or details about entrances. On the day of, his talented and energetic team kept the dance floor packed and the vibes high all night long. The photobooth they provided was also an amazing addition that our guests raved about. His excitement about things like our flaming donut bar added to our excitement for the wedding and made us feel confident with every decision we made. “My husband and I booked Perfect Day DJs to perform at our wedding and it was better than we could have hoped for. When you first contract with DJ Chad, he provides an easy to use online portal that lets you select the perfect songs for those special moments throughout your wedding day, as well as an easy-to-use must play and do-not-play list. DJ Chad was also very supportive leading up to the big day offering to help in any way he could to help our day run smoothly. When our wedding day came DJ Chad played each of the songs on our must play list, perfectly mixing each one together through smooth transitions and keeping us on our feet! He was even able to encourage our non-dancing family members to make their way to out the dancefloor! Not only was he phenomenal and great to work with, but his wife, Mary of Chocolate Paper Studios is a fantastic photographer. They even have a package, "The Perfect Day with Chocolate on Top," where you can book your DJ and photographer together! This made planning our wedding so much easier for my husband and I, as two rather important parts of wedding were accounted for in one easy to digest package, which included a DJ and ceremony audio, an engagement photo session and 2 photographers on our wedding day! The planning portion was made even easier as when it was time to meet we were able to go over both the entertainment and photo options available. Payment was a breeze because we were able to pay both of them through one online portal. And most importantly when our wedding day came we had a team that not only works amazingly together, but truly understands the importance and significance of making the day perfect. “We had Nick Wright as our "master DJ" for our June 2026 wedding at Landoll's Mohican Castle. Nick was AMAZING - he was open to every genre of music; including k-pop, the Lord of the Rings soundtrack, video game music, early 2000s, and more! He walked us through the party pleasers app, which was fantastic. You could upload full spotify playlists straight into the app. The app also breaks down each section of wedding day for every song you may need (ceremony, cocktail hour, cutting the cake, dinner, dancing, etc.). Nick was super nice and was able to do our sound for the ceremony, cocktail hour, full dinner and reception, and our grand exit. He was open to all our suggestions; and he brought up things to decide that we hadn't even considered! During the wedding, Nick made sure to check in with us personally and made sure we were well taken care of. I highly recommend party pleasers for the large selection of rentals, lighting, and their amazing DJs -especially Nick! Lastly, Nick was an amazing "game show host" for our scavenger hunt - we made sure the musical chairs were ready, mc'd the entire hunt, and played a different song for each item! The music was amazing - he played all of our must haves, followed our do-not-play list, and had some amazing early 2000s hip-hop mixes.”

“Booking a DJ was perhaps one of the wedding decisions I was most nervous about because I have been to too many weddings with boring/cringey DJs. In my opinion, a DJ can make or break the experience for your guests. Niko made the experience a blast for us and for our guests, start to finish! We had just under 100 guests, very much a mix of older folks who didn't interact with the dance floor much, and friends who were on the dance floor all night. Niko did a perfect job of playing exactly what we wanted, and reading the crowd to adjust the vibe and keep the energy going. I'll never forget ending the night on a high note with Pink Pony Club and a circle of our closest friends dancing to the very end with us. He also did great with the transitions and announcements throughout the night and kept our night running smoothly. Niko has the whole planning process very well organized with consultation meetings and playlist brainstorming. His communication was professional, warm, inclusive, and organized. We loved working with Niko and cannot recommend enough!”

“Don was the perfect DJ! Prior to the event, he scheduled multiple calls to meet us & understand exactly what we were looking for. He has an online portal where we could input our requested songs for key events (i.e. ceremony, cake cutting, etc.), & this portal also had a section for you to identify the songs you really love & songs you like. The day of the wedding, he executed perfectly. He helped keep the reception flowing seamlessly, interacted with guests, & most importantly was able to keep the dance floor going all night. “Derald is by far the best DJ you could have at your wedding. My now husband is deaf with a cochlear implant, and he did everything to make sure he could hear clearly all day and night! Choosing a DJ who truly understood our needs was so important to us, and Derald earned our trust immediately. He was willing to bring extra sound systems and microphones to ensure my husband’s needs were met. We can’t thank him enough for that.
