“Our wedding at Hotel Indigo Everett Waterfront was everything we hoped for. Emily and her team were attentive from day one, handling our last-minute requests and changes with ease while making sure every detail was perfect. Having the food, linens, and dishes all taken care of by one location made planning so much simpler, which meant we could actually relax and enjoy our day instead of stressing over logistics. We also appreciated how flexible they were—they even welcomed our three dogs in the ceremony, which meant the world to us. The space itself is clean and organized, with plenty of room for all our guests to feel comfortable. On top of everything else, Emily surprised us with a wedding gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. “I don’t even know what to say. This venue was beyond beautiful but there are a lot of beautiful venues out there. What put the lookout lodge over the top were the owners. They were there not only every step of the way but the whole day helping our coordinator with everything and assisting where needed. When I panicked right before walking out Olga ran and got me tums, she got me water, she probably would have run into the woods to try and find a magic flower to help if I had requested it. They made me feel so safe and helped set the foundation for a fantastic wedding.”

Our weddings range in size from simple elopements to micro weddings of up to 40 guests. We are flexible and always enjoy working with couples to create the wedding of their dreams. Venue considerations

  • Can not accomodate large big events
“We had a 35 person wedding at Dunn Gardens in July 2024. It was absolutely amazing. Choosing the gardens was hands-down the best decision of our wedding and I cannot recommend this venue highly enough. My husband and I searched all over WA and the Bay Area for wedding venues. We were looking for: - an outdoor wedding in the woods - a space appropriate for 40 guests - the ability to host a medium fancy, catered event- like an elevated backyard wedding We chanced upon Dunn Gardens on a botanical garden website. The moment we visited, we knew it was the perfect spot for us. The space alone may be the most gorgeous, well hidden little pocket of Seattle out there. Even folks not looking to get married should check the gardens out- we visited many times in the year leading up to our wedding, and in every season, the garden is a stunning, PNW dream. This is just what we wanted: a place where we could be at peace in the trees with our guests. It was so magical day-of, and all our guests commented on how special and beautiful the venue was. Though the scenery alone is enough to set this venue apart, the rest of our experience here was also incredible. The professionalism and assistance we received from our venue coordinator, Sara, was wonderful. She helped us every step of the way (for a year!) coordinating with our outside vendors, helping us make key decisions, and solving problems for us that arose day-of with our caterers. Working with Sara was one of the best parts of our wedding process. We also loved the flexibility and access the venue provided. In addition to our Saturday wedding, we hosted a casual rehearsal dinner and nature walk at the gardens Friday night, plus a floral prep party in the garden cottage Friday afternoon. Then, after the wedding, we had Sunday and Monday to clean up. The ongoing access to the gardens all weekend was so helpful logistically and gave us more time to enjoy the space with our families. Most of our wedding took place on lawns outside (there are many little areas to set things up- we had our rehearsal dinner on the cottage lawn, ceremony on the tennis lawn, and reception on the great lawn). For our floral prep, rehearsal dinner food area, and getting ready areas, we used the cottage. We did not rent a tent since it was July (a tent would be a good idea most other months). The venue was very flexible with our choice of vendors and our timeline and vision for the event. A few restrictions that worked fine for us were the limit on the headcount (40 at the time we had our wedding), time cutoff (guests out by 9pm- this was perfect, we bar hopped in Fremont with our friends afterwards), and no microphones, speakers, or DJs (we had a keyboardist, which was great. No mics for the ceremony and toasts, which was not a problem at all). A few more helpful things the venue provided were plastic banquet tables, folding chairs, use of furniture for things like outdoor lounging and gift tables, tablecloths (casual style, perfect for the rehearsal pizza dinner), vases (used for floral prep), and chalkboard signs. We loved our wedding and we are so grateful to have had it at Dunn Gardens. I can’t imagine a more perfect place to get married. I recommend this venue wholeheartedly, and encourage any couple thinking about it to stop in for a visit. You will fall in love with this garden- we certainly did and will be back for years to come.”

“The View not only met our expectations for a wedding venue, but exceeded them. Having so many family member travel from all over the country, we wanted a venue that showcased just how beautiful our home state is which made The View the perfect fit. It has the absolute most beautiful mountain and evergreen backdrop of any of the venues we had looked at, making the whole experience feel infinitely more special. On top of just how gorgeous it is, I can't say enough about how amazing the owners are. At times, I felt so lost and overwhelmed in the wedding planning process as there is so much to consider and coordinate. Not only are the owners super welcoming and accommodating but they have a wedding planning background which helped immensely when it came to making careful decisions and making the whole vision come together. Why you'll love this venue

Venue considerations

  • Large venue, not ideal for small guest lists
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
“Falling Water Gardens is a hidden gem located in Monroe. Not only is the location beautiful, but you also have various spaces to use for your ceremony and reception. There is tons of flexibility and a lot of options. Rick, Ken, and Liz were easy to work with, and always responded to our messages clearly and within a reasonable time frame. My husband and I only looked a handful of venues, and when I saw this one, I knew place was perfect for us. I didn't feel like I could justify the cost of a florist, and if you get married here, you don't need one. The flowers and trees in the event space are enough! Not only does Falling Water Gardens offer flexibility and different options for your ceremony and reception, but they also allow you to come check out the space while you are going through your planning. My husband and I went back to the space a few times while we were planning to get a visual for where our decor would be setup, where the bar would go, the DJ, etc. And if you give the venue a heads up that you are coming, someone will greet you and will answer any questions you may have. Some venues don't offer a lot in terms of setup, but Falling Water Gardens has 200 chairs and plenty of tables for you to use, and they will set all of that up for you. We did our decor on our own, but having the tables and chairs ready in the spaces was a huge help. They also have a large tent for the tables and chairs, and smaller easy up tents for your vendors. We had a bit of an issue with one of our photographers, and did not feel like we had adequate time to take photos as a couple. Because of this, my husband and I wanted to take more photos. When I contacted Liz to ask if we could return to the venue to take more photos, she said yes. Getting a chance to take more photos/re-do some photos made the experience that much better for us. Again, the flexibility, kindness, various options, and beautiful space are all here. Falling Water Gardens was there for us every step of the way, and they made sure our day was everything we wanted. I could not have asked for more when I found this venue.”

We knew from the first time we walked the grounds that this was a special location, and every one of our guests confirmed this by stopping to tell us how beautiful and perfect the whole place was. Whether it was their fields of berries and dahlias, winding garden paths, or open areas for lawn games, the natural beauty meant that we really didn’t need to do much for extra decor, and this in turn helped us save money to use elsewhere in our budget. The fact that they also offer wedding coordination and bartending services means there is a lot of value here and adding these services made our lives so much easier. We got to work with Tessa as our wedding coordinator, and she was the absolute best! Because she knows Terra Valley so well, she knew just how to make things run as smoothly as possible. Throughout the entire planning process and on the actual day, she and her team made us feel so at ease and well taken care of. Thank you, Tessa, for being our steady guide throughout this year of planning a wedding and thank you Chelsea for all the work you and your team do to make this such a special place!”

The Olympic Rooftop Pavilion

Seattle, WA
  • Up to 130 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor

Perched atop Hotel Ballard, the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion is an idyllic urban sanctuary perfect for couples seeking a sophisticated Seattle skyline backdrop. This "urban wonderland" blends industrial elegance with PNW beauty, featuring vaulted ceilings and a stunning 20-foot skylight that floods the space with natural light. Whether you’re hosting a romantic ceremony, a lively rehearsal dinner, or a farewell brunch, the pavilion offers an unforgettable atmosphere. With its soaring views and modern design, it provides a seamless transition from a sun-drenched day to a starlit evening celebration.

“We loved our venue at the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion. It was a beautiful late fall day so our guests got to spill out to the gorgeous deck. We had our ceremony offsite so set up was fairly simple and the staff was kind and efficient. I was worried we didn't have enough flowers but the venue was beautiful and stood on its own in the sunset. The food and drinks from Stoneburner were amazing, as was Dominique the event lead. Everyone told us it was the best food they've had and we wound up with very little leftovers (a good thing). We had short of 100 people, which was just right for the space. It didn't feel too crowded.”

Pine Creek Nursery and Farms
Rating: 5.0 (4 reviews)
Monroe, WA
  • Up to 250 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $5,500

Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul, with a dream in place, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations! We look forward to meeting you!

Why you'll love this venue

  • Full catering menu to choose from
  • Multiple event spaces
  • Private area for the wedding party

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • On-site parking not available
  • Best for events with big guest lists
“From our first email to the day we walked down the aisle, Pine Creek Nursery and Farms felt like home. Annadea and her team responded to every question quickly, no matter what time we reached out, which made planning stress-free. The venue itself is a floral wonderland—we had our ceremony by the shimmering pond and our reception under fairy lights on the patio, with the enormous hydrangea bushes and secret chandelier garden providing endless photo opportunities. When our (breathtakingly beautiful) floral altar fell apart during its transfer from ceremony space to reception, Gwen quickly jumped in and fixed it up, even filling back in the florals for free! Especially coming from the venue owner, this gesture meant the world to us. Every single one of our guests told us it was the most gorgeous venue they'd ever seen- hands down. We felt like Pine Creek’s only wedding of the year, not one of hundreds, and that personal touch is what made our day truly magical. We could not recommend Pine creek enough!! -The Webers”

The majority of our guests flew in from other states and it was relatively easy for them to get to the Graduate from Seatac (there is a tram stop right across the street from the hotel). Our sales manager, Sandy, truly went above and beyond to make our weekend special, and the whole staff was so kind. I can't count the number of comments we got from our guests about the vintage vibe and the aesthetic of the hotel, and the rooftop was a stunning location for our first look. The catering was amazing, both in the quality of the food and the presentation/service. Overall, we absolutely loved our experience!”
