Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $6,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $6000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge. We are a new venue open less than a year. The building was a former Masonic lodge building. We totally remodeled it while trying to preserve some of the character. It has the original yellow pine flooring. Freshly painted walls. A small warming kitchen for renters or caterers to use. The restrooms are handicap accessible. Room With A View at Marathon Village, is a gorgeous venue located in downtown Nashville. Our event space is located in a 114-year-old factory with a historic Marathon Car Museum in the main lobby. On the 3rd floor of what used to be the administrative building of Marathon Motorworks, Its capacity is approximately 200 standing, 150 guests seated reception style.
