Where do i even start. As a bride I dreamed of a vineyard Wedding, but had such a hard time finding a place that actually seemed interested in the wedding day than Money. But when I met Muriel everything changed. Her and her team went above and beyond my Pinterest wedding board. They brought it to life and because of her and her team I will always recommend this place. From the tiniest details to the main wedding they took care of everything. And I mean Everything. They say to try to be present during your wedding day because it all happens and flys by so fast, Because of Muriel and her team I was able to do just that! I was so so so present, got to feel all the feels, all the emotions, the atmosphere, I mean I remember it like it was yesterday and that was all thanks to Muriel and her incredible team. The day of the wedding I got to see the place decorated for the first time… I walked in and was so in awe of all the tiniest details and even prettier details than my Pinterest board. I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.

My wife and I wanted to get married in a beautiful space, but we didn't want to be forced into a traditional, religious ceremony. Sanctuary Hall was the perfect venue! It's beautiful, with stained glass, old wood, lots of space, even a balcony. It's a very old building, with a good feeling to it. As soon as we saw it, it was easy to picture our ceremony there. Steve was a joy to work with - he was super-accommodating, the paperwork was simple, and he offered us all the options we needed. Additionally, the price was far less than most other places we had looked at. There was a minister available if we wanted, but we chose to have an ordained friend perform the service, which worked out fine. Steve was willing to move around furniture, let us use whichever rooms we wanted for preparation, changing, signing of documents, and so on. There was also an organist – Grant – available for the service. He was also amazing to work with, coming up with arrangements of music for us. Everyone was able to meet for a rehearsal a few weeks before the ceremony, which helped things run smoothly. The actual ceremony was beautiful, with everything coming together as planned. They even rang the bell for us as we left the church :) I highly recommend Sanctuary Hall to anyone looking for an amazing space in Portland. We were beyond impressed with this venue. They have so many options of areas to be married. The crew is so kind and makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. The bridal suite is to die for and the room for the groom is really neat. This place has a speak easy feel with a modern twist. We even had Halloween inflatables at our wedding! We got married October 2023. This venue is absolutely stunning and the train tracks for pictures are beautiful as well. They communicate very well, also. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue.

Our experience at Camp Colton was honestly beautiful. The criqtues are minor compared to how much this venue offered us. The atmosphere is whimsical and the lay out of the venue is wonderfully convenient. They offer a chapel or an outdoor area for your ceremony and a gathering hall for your reception. There are his and hers cabins complete with bathrooms, showers, mirrors, etc. There are cabins you can over night in the day of the wedding and tons of beautiful areas to walk around in, take photos, and just embrace natures beauty. The team at Camp Colton are also very willing and able to perform on the day of the wedding. They care about your experience and it shows.
