There is nothing more romantic than a beautiful wedding in a countryside setting! Family-owned and operated, we have hosted weddings, receptions and other special events since 1995. Reservations include private use of all grounds and facilities - we only host one wedding at a time. Garden chairs, banquet tables, tablecloths in a variety of colors and choice of two centerpiece styles are included. Rates are based on day of the week, month and services. May, June, September, October and December are considered on-peak. Friday and Saturday are considered on-peak. Rates vary from $3100 for an outdoor garden wedding and reception to $7900 for a full weekend of services including overnight. Elopement packages are available for 2-10 guests and include officiant, wedding cake and toast. Inquire for $. The Farmhouse at Rosa Lee Manor is a recently restored house which is rustic and suitable for 2-4 guests overnight. It's a wooded setting ideal for very small elopement ceremonies.

Rosa Lee Manor was an incredible venue for our wedding. Their communication was very quick, whether by email or text, which was so helpful during the planning process. Everything was clean and organized, and the price was very reasonable compared to other places, especially considering all that they offer. They made everything so smooth for us on the day, and we even got a complimentary breakfast basket! It was so convenient that they had a house on the property where we could have both our ceremony and reception. The house sleeps 12, so our bridal party was able to stay with us and get ready there as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day.

The inside is spacious, immaculately clean, and beautiful. The air conditioning in this place is impressive, especially considering how hot it was at my August wedding. First, it’s beautiful. We did our ceremony at a Catholic church down the street and had our reception at the Rafters, but my favorite photos are by far the ones we took in front of the St Mark’s chapel- it’s so romantic! As a reception venue, it is very reasonably priced, and has everything you could need. We got ready in the adorable carriage house, and we also did my bridal shoot there a few weeks before the wedding- they turned out beautifully. Also, if you book with their caterer (The Flyin’ Lions), you get a discount AND support a good cause! But that’s not even the best part: their food is AMAZING. I am literally still dreaming about the salmon and mashed potatoes from my wedding day, and so many guests told me how much they loved the food. The taste testing was fun too, they have a ton of options! Also, Allison is the best coordinator EVER. You will love working with her, and every vendor I hired that had worked with her before told me the same thing! She is so personable and really gets to know you, and she will bend over backwards to help you with whatever you need. She is fantastic with communication; her responsiveness and helpfulness alone reduced my wedding planning stress. I also loved the preferred vendor list Allison provided; it made it a lot easier to narrow down our vendor choices! Allison and Debbie (from Flyin’ Lions) made our wedding and all the months leading up to it so special and wonderful; we cannot recommend them enough!

In 1929, Jean-Pierre Auguste Dalmas, a Waldensian immigrant from Villar Pellice, Italy, started construction on the dairy barn on his property in Valdese, NC. After the barn had been completed, work began on the main house. He built a rock veneered masterpiece, large enough to house his 7 children. He cleared a field for a vineyard and until his death in 1972 (at the age of 92), he made wine in the basement of the main house every autumn.

We had our wedding here and it was the most incredible experience. In the months leading up, the venue was super responsive, answered all my questions and helped me as I planned. On the wedding day, Izzy (the venue rep) was there at 10am right when we arrived. She made sure everything was setup perfectly. She worked with our coordinator and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of. It was the most perfect day and i would rebook them every time if i had to do it over again.

The Arbors is one of the prettiest wedding venues I have ever seen. Not much like it around the area and for the price it is so so worth it! Like to call it a hidden gem! The option to stay the weekend there was such a fun addition! Brian helped with so much, even on the day of.
