Almquist Farm is a fifth generation family farm homesteaded by Charles Almquist after he immigrated from Sweden in 1890. Our 75 acres of rolling hills and oak trees provide a spacious setting for a one location all day wedding celebration. Our heated and air-conditioned buildings give you the confidence of having a comfortable farm wedding regardless of the weather.

The St. James Hotel is an official historic Minnesota wedding venue in the heart of downtown Red Wing, Minnesota. Nestled between the picturesque backdrop of the Mississippi River and Minnesota/Wisconsin countryside, the St. James is made up of five charming venues that can accommodate up to 240 wedding guests. As an all-inclusive venue, services include a dedicated Wedding Specialist, a pastry shop, ceremony and reception spaces, ready rooms, catering, room blocks for hotel events, and an on-site salon and a flower shop.
