The Broz Event Venue

Behind a quiet door, a restored Prohibition-era bar that doubles as the cocktail hour space, the rehearsal dinner room, and the late-night room your wedding party returns to after the dance floor closes. Built-in booths, vintage glassware, and a bartender who knows how to make a real cocktail. The Speakeasy is the most photographed room in the building and the one your guests will whisper about on the drive home. Included with every event at The Broz.

The Grand Ballroom is the room every guest will remember. Original pressed tin ceilings overhead, crystal chandeliers, hardwood floors that have held more than a century of dancing. Drape, cafe lights, and customizable LED downlighting let you shape the room from formal to intimate. Up to 300 guests for dinner, with the Brick Room and Lounge a few steps away for late-night and the Speakeasy quietly poured throughout. Included with every Broz event.

A second room with a second mood. Exposed original brick on every wall, whiskey barrel tables, plush seating tucked into the corners. The Brick Room and Lounge is where the dance floor lives, where the late-night conversations happen, where the wedding party migrates after dinner. A glass wall opens onto a brick paver patio for fresh air between dances. Up to 120 seated, 200 standing, included with every Broz event.

Three outdoor spaces, all part of the property. The Outdoor Lawn frames a ceremony for up to 300 guests in greenery. The Upper Deck is an elevated ceremony space for up to 175, more intimate, with a view. The Paver Patio sits beneath cafe lights, perfect for cocktail hour or an al fresco rehearsal dinner. Minnesota weather has opinions, so every outdoor moment has a beautiful indoor backup. Nothing about the weekend depends on the sky. Included with every Broz event.

Eight boutique hotel rooms on the upper floors of the building. Heated bathroom floors. Stained glass windows preserved from the original 1898 hotel. Smart TVs with your own streaming login. The wedding party stays under the same roof as the ceremony. Parents stay one staircase from the bar. Out-of-town guests stay one walk from the reception. No one drives. No one rushes. Everyone is in one place. Whole-hotel rate $1,500 per night, included in our weekend packages.
