About this venue
Downtown Twin Cities venues that look like this can cost $15,000+ just to rent the room. Then add a mandatory caterer, paid parking for every guest, and a food and a high beverage minimum on top. The 3 Ten is thirty-five minutes south, inside a restored 1895 building in downtown Faribault, and pricing starts at $3,500. The building is 25,000 square feet of original pressed tin ceilings, exposed brick, crystal chandeliers, and a handcrafted bar built from reclaimed onsite wood. Two independent spaces: the Ballroom seats up to 430 guests for a reception, with a private alley patio; the Rooftop Loft holds up to 150 guests, with a brick-lined Atrium at street level and a 1,700-square-foot open-air rooftop patio over the Faribault skyline. Fourteen hours of event time, event coordinator, a bartender, all the furniture, setup, teardown, and free street parking come with the building. A Knot Hall of Fame venue.

Pressed tin overhead, exposed brick on every wall, and a handcrafted bar built from reclaimed wood pulled out of this amazing 1895 building.
The Ballroom is the room that surprises every couple who tours it. Original pressed tin ceilings. Crystal chandeliers. Exposed brick. A handcrafted bar built from reclaimed wood from the building during restoration. A private alley patio sits just outside. A lighted marquee carries the couple's names. 8,000 square feet at street level, up to 430 guests seated. Furniture, bar, LED downlighting, screens, setup and teardown are included. Ceremony, reception, dinner, dancing, all under one ceiling.

Rooftop Loft
A loft with its own entrance, its own bar, its own getting-ready suites, and a 1,700-square-foot rooftop over the Faribault skyline.
The Rooftop Loft is a second venue inside the same 1895 building, with its own street entrance, its own handcrafted bar, and its own private getting-ready suites. Exposed ceiling beams and reclaimed wood shiplap overhead. A 1,700-square-foot open-air rooftop patio with views of the Faribault skyline. A brick-lined Atrium at street level for ceremonies or cocktail hours. Up to 150 guests for a reception.

The 3Ten Event Venue
The 3Ten was an absolutely perfect venue for our wedding. The venue itself is beautiful and didn’t require a ton of additional decor on our part (which we loved). The exposed brick, the chandeliers, the bar, and marquee signs were a few of our favorite elements! It also was a really affordable option not too far from the cities. The real star of the show though was our Day of Coordinator, Tina. From our first open house she was with us every step of the way answering all of our questions, big or small. She was prompt, kind, flexible, and most of all CHILL. Wedding planning can be stressful and Tina always gave us a strong “we got this” energy in the best way. She helped bring our vision to life and we did not worry once on the day of since she was in charge! We’d highly recommend 3Ten and investing in a day of coordinator like Tina!

Truly the best!
The 3Ten was the perfect place for our wedding. First of all, the industrial vintage vibe with the exposed brick was phenomenal and didn’t require a lot of additional decorating on our end. Secondly, they held a large guest count which we needed with a guest list of 350. It fit our entire guest list without issue. Additionally, we reserved both the Ballroom and the Loft (3Ten venues next door to each other), so it was easy to do ceremony at one, send people to the other for cocktail hour and then come back to the first for dinner and dancing. Tina, our DoC was INCREDIBLE! Get that woman a raise bc is so kind, organized, professional and extremely helpful. She answered every question, made helpful suggestions and made us feel right at home the entire process. There was no particular reason for us to go to Faribault for our wedding, but once we found 3Ten, we knew we wouldn’t want it anywhere else. Thank you 3Ten team for all your help in making our day absolutely perfect —we’re so grateful to have found your incredible venue!

Our experience with The 3 Ten Event Venue was absolutely fantastic. Their communication style was fantastic and very detailed throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself was comfortable and elegant, providing the perfect backdrop for our special day. Tina, our coordinator, was phenomenal - she kept us on schedule and kept us posted throughout the night about our budget. We highly suggest Tina as your coordinator as she was so on top of everything down to every dollar and detail. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and coordinators to make our wedding day truly perfect.

Stunning Venue

Amazing Wedding Venue!
The staff at The 3 Ten Event Venue was amazing throughout the whole planning process and the event. It made the planning process extremely easy. We were able to ask a million questions and tour the venue multiple times to make sure everything would be perfect. All of my guests were saying how beautiful the venue was! I'd highly recommend this venue to anyone.
