Spring/Summer 2024 Special! 50% off Room Rental! Located in the heart of the historic downtown district of Faribault, The 3 Ten Event Venue is the ultimate industrial, urban, chic event venue. The 3 Ten (430 guest capacity) with its NEWLY built Alley Patio, and The 3 Ten Rooftop Loft (200 guest capacity) which includes its own rooftop patio have been beautifully restored. Originally built in 1895 it features gorgeous tin ceilings, handcrafted bars, original hardwood floors, reclaimed barn wood, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick walls and lots of windows. With our personal, hands-on approach, we give you confidence, comfort and ease. From day one, you’ll be guided through the entire planning process, such as vendor referrals, timeline creation, and floor plan customization. We grant you unlimited communication with our staff throughout the entire process. And on your big day, if you choose to add on our Day of Coordination Package you won’t need to break a sweat or lift a finger!

The warm tones of the wood floors, the exposed imperfect brick and stone walls, crystal chandeliers, shiplap siding, and original tin ceilings make this the most beautiful setting. Leaving its original 1895 elements intact, the entire space features an experience-rich design with components that can be changed to transform the space to make each and every wedding unique.

    Our experience with the 3Ten Event Venue was everything we hoped for. Upon arrival, everything was clean, there was a cart waiting for us by the front door to use to unload our items for the day. Tina, our day of coordinator was hands on right away helping get decor where it needed to be and helping our wedding party feel settled in with mimosas and bloody marys. She didnt make us feel like a burden being there early in the morning. I asked family to set up chairs for our ceremony. By the time they got there, Tina and staff already had it done. Everything leading up to the ceremony flowed so nicely because of the amazing staff at the 3Ten. It was obvious they enjoyed being there and truly cared about the quality of our day. We choose to have the bar open after the ceremony. We were a little hesitant about the bar rush taking too long. Nola handled guest with a smile, quickly, and was organized. Many guest were talking about how beautiful the bar was and how nice it was to have such a friendly and fun bartender. Both Nola and Tina checked in with us throughout dinner and the reception. We truly felt valued and appreciated. Were so happy we choose The 3Ten Event Venue . If we could, we'd do it all over again with them.

    A little while ago I reached out to The 3 Ten Event Venue to host my parents' 50th Wedding Anniversary. From that moment on it was an amazing experience! The First 10: Communication. I had a lot of questions about the space, how things would work (this was coming out of a lot of unknowns from the Covid restrictions and such). Every question was answered promptly with a wealth of information. It truly made me feel at ease and knew that this would be a good experience. As we progressed with the planning and details the coordinators really helped. I thought I was pretty savvy with planning and ideas, but their suggestions and guidance really brought it all together. The Second 10: The Space. For our size of group, the upstairs was a perfect spot. I love historic buildings and the way they designed the space really celebrates the history, but also incorporates modern amenities that bring a fresh feel. It was great for our anniversary party, but I could see hosting pretty much any occasion there. The Third 10: Service. Echoing the great communication I mentioned earlier, the service seamlessly took up the reins when our event began. All the details were on point. Staff was all very professional and attentive. I know that The 3 Ten hosts a lot of weddings and that really showed with this 50th Wedding Anniversary - it all came together in a way that really celebrated their wedding. While most of us at the event were not there when they were married 50 years ago, we all left with feeling closer to it than before, a new of sense appreciation and celebrating that day. It was just touches that they did that I didn't expect and it was executed beautifully.

    My experience working with the owners and the venue managers at the 3 Ten was phenomenal from start to finish. Communication is always very quick and they made the process so easy with how organized they are. The add-ons they offer (cafe lighting, swag lights behind the head table, and the gorgeous floor to ceiling sheer curtains) are so convenient. Day of, the venue staff, bartenders, and security staff were a breeze to work with. As a planner, with years of experience in the wedding industry, it was evident to me that every couple is treated like their top priority. I would highly recommend the 3 Ten to any couple!
