Cannon River Winery is a wedding venue located in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. Two Stunning Venues, One Unforgettable Experience. Fall in love all over again. Nestled in the heart of Minnesota’s Sogn Valley, you’ll say, “I do,” in a rustic 150-year-old timber frame barn overlooking lush vines and rolling hills. The valley’s most enviable view, our vineyard provides the perfect backdrop to one of the most important days of your life – your wedding. The Winery is on the Register of Historic Places and has been in Cannon Falls since the 1920s. Cannon River Winery’s Event Center is located above the Tasting Room, on the second floor of the Winery. This upstairs space was the town dance hall and boasts original hard wood floors, exposed wood ceilings, and simple drop lights, that create a country chic style. As an extra touch, our custom built-in Mahogany bar edged with historic volkstead mirror glass.

Our 40-acre vineyard is located in the middle of Sogn Valley with breathtaking views. You will say "I Do" in our historic 150-year-old timber barn, which has roots dating backto Prohibtion.

We chose Cannon River Winery for our wedding and couldn't be happier with our decision. The team was responsive throughout the planning process and kept us in the loop every step of the way. On our wedding day, they coordinated our ceremony seamlessly and communicated with all our vendors, which meant we got to relax and enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about logistics. The vineyard setting is stunning, and the reception space provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating with our loved ones. Their attentiveness and calm professionalism made our day feel effortless. Winery, Vineyard and a great party!
After our first tour, we knew this is where we wanted to tie the knot! With breath taking views at the vineyard, to a classic reception all that had all the amenities. The Cannon River Winery provided us with great, open communication which allowed us to bring our vision to life. They provided us with feedback with each idea we had for the space, while utilizing their previous experience to give us best fit recommendations. Kathleen, Amanda and Valerie exceeded my expectations, and made wedding planning a great experience!
