All you need to do is email Tracy the couple’s names (I’m sure you told, me, but we want to be sure that we get everything spelled correctly!) I will send you a very straight forward wedding day agreement. Look it over, sign and initial, and send it back with your deposit. Your deposit will be half the food and beverage minimum. You will find this on your sales sheet; it is different depending on the days of week, peak and off peak, plus a $200 damage deposit. For example, for a peak Saturday, the food and beverage minimum is $6000. Half of that is $3000, plus $200 damage deposit, is $3200. That is your deposit!

Because of health code and insurance reasons, we are liable for all food and n/a beverages that are served at our venue. We do accommodate special requests for wedding party lunches, breakfast, and also can do something special or make your grandma’s favorite appetizer, we are here to please. However, if you really want Taco Bell for a late night snack, or your first date was at Jimmy John’s and you want that for your lunch, we can do that. Please just let us know what you are bringing in, so we can document it. There is an outsourced food fee and an outsourced dessert fee.

Yes! We are lucky to have plenty of free street parking, along with parking behind the mansion for 6-9 cars. We are handicap accessible, and valet is available. About 15% of our weddings do valet. Overnight parking is available until 10am the next day.

Yes, our venue is wheelchair accessible.

Yes! Our gorgeous venue is owned by the AAW- the American Association of Women. Our events give back to a variety of women-focused charities.
