About this venue
Located across the Wabasha Street bridge from downtown St. Paul, The Lowlands is an exciting new venue with endless possibilities. Our space offers over 10,000 square feet of event space. Our expansive, light-flooded upper level is perfect for ceremonies and receptions for up to 250 guests; we offer our elegant lounge with a unique terrarium feature on the lower level; a uniquely designed bar on each floor; two green rooms; a beautiful outdoor terrace with views of the downtown skyline and a sunken patio for a more intimate place to enjoy a cocktail or conversation.

No, The Lowlands provides all alcohol and service of alcohol.
Monday - Thursday 8 hours are included, Friday - Sunday 12 hours are included.
Yes! We have wheelchair accessible facilities and elevator access to both levels.
The Lowlands is located less than 9 miles from MSP international Airport. Directions can easily be found via Google Maps.
While The Lowlands is fully insured, we do require our clients to obtain event insurance.
January, February, March, April, and December
We do have a limited number of parking spots on-site (handicap accessible spaces, staff and vendor vehicle parking) otherwise we will require valet for events of 200+
Custom wooden tables and chairs for up to 250, private green rooms, full service built-in bars on each level, outdoor terrace/patio, lower level lounge.
Deposits are non-refundable.
