Brasa serves nourishing food inspired by the traditional ingredients and cooking of the Southern U.S., Caribbean & Latin America. We serve parties of 12-500. We offer buffet and family style service.
We are known for our hospitality and have the hardest working staff in the Twin Cities. We don't believe in hidden charges and additional fees. We are simply here to make your day go as wonderfully as possible.

From our first conversation with Brasa Premium Rotisserie, we knew we had found the right caterer for our wedding. The team was responsive and straightforward to work with, making the planning process simple and stress-free. On the big day, the food arrived hot and fresh, with generous portions that kept our guests satisfied throughout the event. We loved the thoughtful touch of personal to-go boxes so everyone could take home leftovers. Guest after guest told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had, and honestly, we couldn't agree more. Brasa Premium Rotisserie made our celebration delicious and memorable, and we'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Delicious Food and Wonderful Staff!
Brasa was wonderful to work with. They were professional throughout, and thought of every important aspect of the dinner experience. The food was so delicious (and every guest agreed), the portions were perfect, and the service provided was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Brasa to anybody looking to cater their event.

We did a Brasa buffet for our wedding and were totally blown away. We received so many compliments on this being the best wedding food folks have had and the staff was incredible - all super friendly, fun and easy to work with! Brasa was the star of our wedding.

SO Good!!
My husband and I love Brasa and the catering was perfect for our backyard wedding. The food was incredible, everyone at the wedding, especially the out of towners who had never had it. The food travels so well and everything was so delicious even hours later when I went back for a snack. My only complaint is that we ended up with WAY too much food, so I wish we would have been guided a little better in that regard.
