    Mintahoe Rocks

    Tammy Mahony, the Catering Manager at Mintahoe Catering & Services, was incredible and played a major role in making Lauren and Colin’s wedding such a wonderful and memorable experience. From the planning stages and menu tasting through the wedding reception itself, Tammy was professional, attentive to every detail, calm, caring, and always positive. Her warm personality and constant smile made the entire process enjoyable and gave us complete confidence that everything would be handled beautifully. On the wedding day, Tammy was there personally overseeing everything, and it made a real difference. After the ceremony, she immediately came over to make sure we had something much needed to drink, and she even adjusted the timing of our drink package because the ceremony had run a little longer than expected. It was that kind of thoughtfulness and attention to detail that impressed us throughout the entire experience. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious the food was, and the serving staff was polite, professional, and attentive. We could not have been happier with Tammy and the entire Mintahoe team. We would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or special event.

    Book Mintahoe for Your Wedding ASAP

    We had an incredible experience with Mintahoe for our wedding day! Tammy was absolutely amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was very organized, responsive and made every step feel so easy and stress-free. On the wedding day, Tammy went above and beyond. She checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and took such great care of our guests. We received so many compliments about the food, the service, and how smoothly everything ran. We couldn't have asked for a better catering experience and are so grateful to Tammy and the entire team for helping make our wedding absolutely perfect. We can't recommend them highly enough and would choose them again in a heartbeat!

    Delicious food and great staff

    We worked with Tammy and she was professional and easy to communicate with. She listened to our ideas and gave us great feedback that helped us make some challenging choices. Overall, the food was excellent. We had many guests come up to us after dinner to tell us that we had served the best food they have had at a wedding!

    Outstanding Wedding!

    The entire Mintahoe staff helped to create the most wonderful day. The food was amazing and the service outstanding! I am especially thankful for Tammy Mahony, the venue manager, - all of her time and organization prior and being a true host the evening of the wedding itself.
