Our passion for great BBQ goes back over 25 years. After attending a few weddings catered by other BBQ companies, we realized something — we could do it better. That’s when HI5 BBQ was born. We make everything fresh to order for each event — nothing reheated, nothing made in bulk. We believe that a wedding is one of the most important days of your life, and the food should reflect that.     Great food and service

    Had Hi5 BBQ provide a great assortment of meats and sides. Corn pudding was a real hit. Chopped brisket was demolished and the pulled chicken and pork were a wonderful addition. Fresh food delivered with care. Thank you. All the sides were amazing

No...we are caterer's only, so we have to deliver. There may be additional fees for services beyond just a monitored buffet.
Yes, our event minimum is $600 for all weddings.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
While we don't offer those services directly, we have great all in one partners who can accommodate all those needs. We focus on the food, but understand you will need more.
Yes...25% to hold the date, another 25% two months prior to the date and the balance on the day of the event.
