Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. Host your wedding at Rhodes Hall, famously known as the "Castle on Peachtree," a unique and historic Atlanta landmark built in 1904. Originally the residence of Rhodes Furniture founder Amos Rhodes, today it serves as both a house museum and one of the city's most distinctive event venues. With its striking Romanesque Revival architecture, Rhodes Hall offers a truly one-of-a-kind setting for social and corporate events. Celebrate your special day surrounded by history and architectural grandeur, right in the heart of Atlanta.

As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

Located in West Midtown Atlanta and built in 1970s, you will be greeted by the history that makes The West Venue the only venue of its kind in Atlanta. For years, the space was used to host congregations until 2003 when it was converted into an event hall. In 2020, the building was purchased and renovated to upgrade with latest amenities to add to its one of a kind character, while keeping original part of the building structure. The venue offers two distinct spaces for your event needs along with Grand Chandelier in Hall and 4k Projection Mapping!

Eliminating the need for an outside planner or Day-of Coordinator! The Roswell Mill is full of history, and it can be the perfect place for you to begin making your own!

The Roswell Mill Club is an upscale, sophisticated venue that is perfect for the most important celebrations. The site features crystal chandeliers, champagne and white linens, elegant gold chiavari chairs, and a covered, private deck that overlooks the river. The ballroom has a stunning antique bar, and is decorated with a mix of modern and traditional fixtures. This 120-year-old restored mill is completed with hardwood floors, ten-foot-high windows, and a stunning view. The wonderful food and beverage is provided by our own in-house company, Events Catering. We offer a range of food options and are happy to create a menu just for you! We host client receptions throughout the year so that you may experience our food and service, meet our senior staff, and ask questions before you pick your menu.
