Our booking agreement exceeds 25 pages and provides detailed disclosures regarding what is included in each package, available enhancements, and associated costs. Menu pricing is presented during the initial venue tour and is also disclosed in the booking agreement. In your particular case, your original wedding package included an entrée allowance of $45 per person. During your planning appointment, you elected to upgrade your menu selections to Beef Prime Rib at $55 per person and Asian Glazed Salmon at $51 per person. You also chose to add appetizers, which were not included in your original booking budget. These were optional enhancements selected during the planning process rather than undisclosed or unexpected charges imposed by our venue. We understand that wedding expenses can increase as couples personalize their celebrations. However, there is an important distinction between hidden fees and additional costs resulting from voluntarily selected upgrades. Our goal is to provide couples with the flexibility to customize their wedding while being as transparent as possible about the associated pricing. We make every effort to communicate and document these selections throughout the planning process. Regarding your concerns about the wedding-day timeline, our events follow a carefully coordinated schedule established in advance. This structure helps ensure that ceremonies, receptions, and all associated services run smoothly. While we certainly never want our couples to feel rushed, maintaining the agreed-upon timeline is an essential part of delivering an organized event. We value every couple who chooses Pristine Chapel Lakeside and take pride in the level of service, planning, and attention to detail that goes into each celebration. We also believe prospective couples should understand the difference between the services included in their contracted package and optional upgrades they may choose along the way.
