Description

Created for couples planning an intentional celebration beyond our primary CSRA service area. Our destination service includes full creative direction, venue and vendor sourcing, guest logistics, design development, production management, and on-site execution. Planning fees begin at $8,500. Travel, lodging, shipping, freight, permits, vendor services, rentals, and other event expenses are quoted separately.

The Sevyn Experience specializes in immersive luxury weddings designed with intention, sophistication, and seamless execution. Our full-service planning experience includes vendor curation, timeline management, design direction, and coordination from concept to celebration. We don’t simply plan weddings — we create unforgettable experiences tailored to each couple’s story.

Designed for couples who have secured their venue and key vendors but need professional support bringing the remaining details together. Beginning six months before the wedding, we refine the design, organize vendor communication, develop the production timeline, lead the final walkthrough, and manage the wedding day with calm precision. This service does not include full-service planning or unlimited vendor sourcing.

Our wedding event design service is for couples who already have planning and coordination secured and want a fully developed visual and sensory environment. Commissions begin at $10,500 and may include creative direction, space planning, florals, tablescapes, rentals, and installation oversight. Final investment is based on guest count and production scope. Wedding planning and day-of coordination are not included.

The Sevyn Experience is an experiential design house. We consider more than how a wedding looks—we design how the environment feels, how guests move through it, and what they remember afterward. Our approach brings together intentional planning, creative direction, spatial design, hospitality, and calm production to create a cohesive experience rather than a collection of disconnected details.
We offer full-service planning, partial planning, wedding event design, and select destination wedding planning. Each service has a clearly defined scope and starting investment. We accept a select number of weddings to protect the quality, attention, and creative direction given to every commission.
No. We do not offer day-of-only coordination. Meaningful wedding management begins well before the wedding day. Our partial-planning service begins approximately six months before the celebration. Couples booking event design without planning services must have a professional wedding planner or coordinator secured.
Starting prices represent the professional planning fee or beginning event-design commission shown for each service. Final investment is based on guest count, floral volume, rentals, installation requirements, and production complexity. Third-party vendor expenses, travel, shipping, and other event costs are quoted separately unless specifically included in the proposal.
