About this venue

Cottage 84 is our vintage inspired cottage style venue and estate that was built in 1925. The venue is still structured with the original pine walls and flooring and is filled with eclectic and gold, ornate vintage decor and furniture. The indoor dining and the reception area contains floor to ceiling stone fireplaces and our outdoor, covered reception space is equipped with a firestove and heater for those colder nights. The venue is on 1.5 acres of lighted ladscape including our boardwalk and 100 year old lighted pecan tree on our private back lawn area. We offer options for covered ceremonies and indoor and outdoor reception space. The photo opportunity on our property is endless.

This space features 1300 square feet of dining space for a cozy indoor reception with elegant hanging lighting and candlelight for an extra romantic feel. There is space in this room for a DJ, band and catering and bar setup.

    This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The interior is so feminine, elegant, and extremely cozy. Not to mention, it has the best owner around! Sunni works hard for every bride and groom like it was her own day. 10/10 recommend this venue!

    I am a wedding officiant and I have performed several weddings here as well as gone to some of their private events. There are so many different styles that can be done with this place, its versatility is very appealing. I recommend seeing it in person because even great pictures don’t do it justice.
