Hi, I am Kourtney! I am a self-taught Baker who is passionate about pie. With the help from my husband Rodrigo we have created With Love, From Scratch. In 2011 a friend of mine was getting married. She asked me if I knew of a place in Orange County that baked great pies. After searching around a bit, I could not find a unique pie shop to cater her wedding. That is how With Love, From Scratch came about. Giving Orange County the best pie it deserves.

Pastry Chef Natalie Soto discovered her passion for food in high school, and would frequently bake for her friends. While attending culinary school, she started her career at The St. Regis Hotel & Resort. It was there that she realized she wanted to focus on the sweeter side of food, and transferred into the Pastry kitchen. It was there that she learned how to make all sorts of sweet indulgences, including chocolate sculptures, tarts, petit fours, and most importantly cakes!!! Sweet as Love was soon born, and she’s been delighting clients ever since. Her passion and talent is designing and creating stylish, unique, and contemporary cakes.
