Something Borrowed Blooms

Starts at $250
Serves Hume, VA

Something Borrowed Blooms is the premier rent-and-return floral and décor company in the U.S., offering beautifully curated premium silk floral collections. Couples who choose to rent typically save up to 70% compared to the cost of traditional fresh flowers. Our collections include everything you need for your wedding day, from bridal and bridesmaid bouquets to boutonnieres, garlands, centerpieces, aisle markers, cake flowers, swags, flower combs and crowns, wedding décor, and more. Each design is thoughtfully curated to create a cohesive, elevated look from ceremony to reception.

“Just rent the flowers y’all - after getting multiple thousands of dollars in quotes from florists for our tiny dinner party wedding I started to look for other options. SSB had great reviews, in person or zoom consultations and a VERY helpful FB group that helped me pull the trigger even being pretty skeptical that the quality wouldn’t be there. Fast forward to the day I unboxed them and I was floored, some of the petals even FEEL REAL. Don’t know how they do it. Shipping was easy, fast and return labels were in sticker form to just pop back on. Our guests had no idea they weren’t real, especially with our low light reception it was impossible to tell. It was a breezed - we spent about 450 for 9 large centerpieces, bouquet and a few boutonnières for the guys from the Marlowe collection rather than the 2-3k quite well we’re getting from florists here in Atlanta that at the end of the day aren’t sustainable and would have looked the same (at best). Just rent the flowers y’all.”

“Manal and Mike did an absolute WONDERFUL job on our January wedding. They truly brought my vision to life, incorporating a garden style-esq look to our romantic, winter wedding. They were so personable each time we spoke, listened to my vision and executed. I went through several flower proposals before finding Tulip Decorations and I am so glad I listened to my gut. They were able to do exactly what I wanted within my budget and were so easy to work with. Would recommend them every time!!”

CPK Floral Designs provides modern fresh floral arrangements for special occasions, weddings, and sympathy. My favorite thing about floral design for weddings is bringing the Bride and Groom's vision during the planning process to fruition on their wedding day. Seeing the happiness that the flowers bring to the Happy Couple on their special day is the absolute best reward.

“We were so happy with how our florals from CPK Floral Designs came out. We picked traditionally fall colors for our summer wedding but Cynthia made our visions come to life! She is very creative and professional.”

“Cassidy put together the florals for our wedding this weekend. We ordered arbor flowers that Cassidy recycled to our cake and sweetheart table. Unfortunately the wind during the first half of our reception was a little WILD so my current photos of that aren’t able to do it justice until my photos come in. However, I have some photos of the flowers before I sent them off for preservation as well. We also used Cassidy for rentals of pillar candles and bud vases. She assembled those and had welcome table greens for us, my bouquet, and my husband’s boutonniere. I was constantly adding things to the list like some spray flowers for my photographers for my flat lays. But she managed it. Cassidy attended our walk through to make sure that she saw the property and knew where our flowers would be doing. She provided some inspiration photos based on what I wanted and she delivered on that for sure! I think the centerpieces in particular were EXACTLY what I was looking for. She really nailed those and they turned out beautifully. When we didn’t know what we wanted or struggled to get a good vision going, she made some suggestions and went through the pros and cons with me of options. It was great to get her input on things and also trust her perspective as it relates to florals. Thank you so much for a great day!”

Five Stems Farm

Flowers have such a magical way of bringing life to events! My favorite part of a wedding is seeing the dream becoming reality during setup. Your flowers should be features that accent your beauty and energy, and I love creating that for you! I started working in floristry while preparing for my own wedding. From elopements with a single bouquet to events with thousands of stems, I’ve loved every opportunity to create something new. When I’m not immersed in “flower town,” as my husband calls it, you can find us and our three kiddos (the five stems!) doing DIY projects around the house, reading outside, or playing MarioKart as a family!

“From the moment I first reached out to Five Stems Farm, I was impressed by Christina’s clear, patient, and friendly communication style. Christina, the owner, was incredibly understanding of my vision and worked closely with me to create the most beautiful, dramatic bridal bouquet I could have imagined. When she walked in to my room with the bouquets, my jaw dropped!! Her team's talent is truly amazing, and they even went above and beyond to help put drapes over our arbor, I had purchased separately. The floral arrangements they designed for our ceremony and reception were stunning, and perfectly complemented the overall aesthetic of our special day. I would highly recommend Five Stems Farm to any couple planning their wedding - they helped make our celebration truly unforgettable.”

“From our first conversation with Rachel at Wrachel's Wreaths, we knew we were in good hands. She listened carefully to what we wanted and asked thoughtful questions to understand our vision for both our American ceremony and Cambodian reception. Rachel created stunning bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, plus boutonnières and corsages that looked incredible throughout the day. Her florals were so beautiful, we even repurposed the bridesmaid bouquets as centerpiece arrangements at the reception tables for our wedding party. What really impressed us was how punctual and reliable she was. The flowers arrived exactly when we needed them, with no stress or last-minute scrambling. Rachel's work was absolutely gorgeous and her kindness made the whole process feel special. We would highly recommend her to any couple looking for a florist who truly cares about getting every detail right. We are still in awe of our wedding florals from Rachel. “Wildflower Hill Co. exceeded every expectation for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. From our very first meeting, Glory demonstrated an exceptional ability to listen thoughtfully and translate our vision into something truly extraordinary. After sharing our theme of horses, she developed a stunning mood board that captured every detail and elevated the concept beyond anything we could have imagined. The event itself was nothing short of spectacular. The florals were exquisite, artfully paired with richly textured linens to create an atmosphere of elegance and warmth. Every element was intentionally designed, from cocktail hour through the ballroom, with impeccable attention to detail evident at every table. The seating chart was a masterpiece in its own right...so beautifully executed that guests hesitated to remove their escort cards from the display. Our family has had the pleasure of working with Glory for many years, and she has truly become part of our family. Her creativity, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched, and we are deeply grateful for the unforgettable experience she created for us. Thank you!!!!”

“Best decision we made was to bring Lily on as our planner and coordinator. Lily's detailed schedules and frequent check-ins kept the last few weeks of planning on track. We were also then able to spend more time perfecting smaller details. It was so helpful to ask questions and get advice from someone experienced. Lily handled our florals too. I didn't have strong opinions on florals, but Lily took my references and NAILED it. My bridesmaids still talk about how cool and unique our bouquets were a year later. From our perspective as bride and groom, the wedding day went PERFECTLY. Lily took care of all the stressful parts of coordinating and decorating that day--we got to focus on getting married and having a good time. I'm extremely proud of my wedding, and I guarantee WLE was a major reason why everything came together so well.”

We shared a vision board and specific flower requests, and she didn't just meet our expectations—she blew past them. PETALOS DC

“The flowers were perfect, but my favorite thing about Karla is that I told her my budget and she stayed within it! She put together an inspiration board of my vision, and her finished product looked just like what we had planned. Somehow she was able to deliver personal flowers (bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, flower girl basket & petals, and even added an adorable headband for the flower girl), a gorgeous arch for the ceremony, and a very romantic tablescape of candles & bud vases- all for a very reasonable cost. During the planning it was faster to get in touch with her over text rather than email. On the day of the wedding there were no problems with the drop off and setup, and she also collected the bud vases which helped immensely to decrease the cleanup effort. Karla was very flexible with me incorporating some of my own DIY into the decoration, where some other florists might have had an issue with it. The whole day went smoothly, and the flowers were truly so beautiful and contributed to the happy springtime mood of the wedding. I would absolutely work with Karla again.”
