Bloom Couture is a new business model that gives brides the option to rent their large floral installations (with customization available) to extend their floral budget and have spectacular backdrops for photos. Note: we are a local rental company and we do not ship. We work with you to select the products that best suit your venue, design and vision and deliver, set up and return to pick them up. Our flowers are specially sourced from around the world, and our Arches, Arbors, Aisle Flowers and Urns are made from high quality silk florals that look and feel real (these are not DIY/Amazon florals!), with fresh flowers accents as an option.

Our installations are specially designed to be the perfect backdrop for wedding photos, and our collections coordinate perfectly for a cohesive design. Not to mention, our products are truly the most sustainable option available. We are based in Northern Virginia, we serve the greater Washington DC Area, including Warrenton, Leesburg, Culpeper, Middleburg, Charlottesville and Fredricksburg and surrounding areas.

    Amazing Faux Florals!!

    I'm a wedding planner and consistently refer Amy to all my couples! Not only are her prices very fair but her faux florals are absolutely stunning! I'm extremely picky when it comes to faux as I've seen them done badly many times, Amy's eye for aesthetics and extremely friendly communication is why we refer her time and time again! You can't go wrong with using her faux florals, guests are always commenting how they can't believe their faux once we reveal it to them!

    BEAUTIFUL FLORALS

    I used Bloom Couture Rentals for my wedding and Amy FAR exceeded my expectations. She will come to you, set up, stay during the ceremony and then repurpose your florals in the reception area if wanted, then come back after to pick her florals back up. The morning of my wedding had so many things go left, but Amy was the light and helped set up the aisle and table decor. Her floral arrangements were absolutely beautiful and nobody could tell they were silk flowers. She is so sweet and easy to work with. She accommodated us every time I emailed her with a change and my mother and I will forever be grateful for her and her help. I highly recommend her and her florals for any event you may have!

    This is such a great way to have large florals for your wedding but still save money. These are beautiful and cost so much less than fresh florals!

    Florals look Real!

    These florals look just like real fresh florals, but cost less. The designs are stunning!


No, all Bloom Couture products are made with specially-sourced silk, luxury florals that look and feel real. They are not made with Hobby Lobby or Amazon florals. Our products are designed to coordinate with your fresh personal florals that either we provide or are sourced from your florist. There are significant advantages of using our silk florals, guests are usually stunned when they find out they aren't real! Our florals can also tolerate heat and sun for long periods of time. Additionally, our products are light enough that they can be repurposed to your reception (additional fees apply), which also offers significant cost savings.
Absolutely! We offer a selection of the most popular wedding colors and we can customize for your event. However, in some cases our products are designed for specific purposes, such as aisle flowers aren’t designed to be repurposed on tables as centerpieces due to their shape, but they can be used on a floor around tables or around a stage.
We deliver for free within 20 miles of Warrenton, VA to any preferred venue. We offer delivery outside this area for an additional fee. We set up all products and ensure they look perfect, all delivery includes one location set up. For relocation for the reception, we charge an additional $150. IPick-up is free the same day until 8 pm, then the following costs apply: After 9 pm $150 After 10 pm $200 At 11 pm $250. In some cases there is reduced or not an extra charge for pick up the next (business) day if the venue’s policies will allow and it is not rented for another event.
You can simply add the product you wish to reserve to the cart via our on our online store, but we recommend emailing sales@bloomcouturerentals first to discuss availablity, day/time/venue and customization. All rentals begin as early as 10AM (we will contact you with a set up schedule ahead) and last until 9PM in the evening, see above for additional fees. Our products are designed to coordinate with each other, so be sure to check out the collections and packages pages on our website.
To reserve a product or package, first please email us at sales@bloomcouturerentals or fill out our inquiry form. We will provide a custom quote to finalize all details and fees. To reserve your date, payment in full is required and to reserve your rentals (we do offer installment payments via Shop Pay). A 50% refund is available for cancellations more than 120 days out. Otherwise payment in full is required. 2-3 weeks before your event, we will contact you and go over final delivery and installation and customization requests. A final invoice will be issued at that point for any additional fees and payment must be made within 5 days.
Our florals are not designed to withstand heavy rain, therefore we suggest only renting them if you have an alternate location for outdoor events in bad weather or have a tent/covering available. We reserve the right to cancel reservations in the case of bad weather with no refunds offered if appropriate covering is not available. We will set up in a light rain or mist, with plastic sheeting to protect the products until 20 minutes before the ceremony. Our products are weighted to withstand light winds, but may not be safe in severe storms, therefore we reserve the right to cancel any reservations without proper rain and wind protection.
No— we are happy to rent our products for showers, birthday celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, corporate events or any other celebration. We also can rent for funerals or life celebrations, please inquire online.

We can’t promise anything, but you can email us your request to be put on a wait list, and be sure to subscribe to our emails as we may release a new rental that you might be interested in. We email new availability to ensure first come first serve. We are constantly offering new products as our business grows.
The only option is to see them when they are set up at a venue ahead of another event. We always set up at least an hour ahead, and can possibly allow you to preview them for a few minutes. Only two people may attend, without pets or children, and again this is available on a case-by-case basis and is only for large structure rentals. Please inquire for details. Have other questions?
