Aloha! I'm Roman. I've been living on the magical island of O'ahu since I came to UH Manoa in 2009 for my Economics Degree. I got involved with the University radio station (90.1 FM), started doing live events, and really loved showing off my rare music finds. Nothing beats the feeling of rocking a live crowd for track after track, especially after the long pause in events! DJing is all I do for "work", and I love it! Each wedding or event I play is full of different people and different ages from all over the world, and they all have differing tastes in music- blending so many different genres and styles of music is such a fun challenge!

I emcee most of my events because that is what I am well known for in Hawaii. I am not over the top but I deliver a smooth, non-intrusive show and program for guests to enjoy. I don’t like to get in the way of the “Life of the Party” I encourage everyone to enjoy themselves and allow them to experience their fun with friends and family. Being in public and having fun with others is not always an easy task for some. But if I can encourage “just one person” to be themselves and don’t worry about what people think about their dancing I feel I did more than make a person dance. I feel like I built their self-esteem.

Born into a musical family, Sheryl Renee is an audience favorite, who moves effortlessly between music genres, and artistic avenues and is known as the "Lady with the Golden Voice". Since 1998 Sheryl has been collaborating with Maui's Arts Education for Children Group and Jazz Maui, with appearances at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center, The Lahaina Amphitheater, The IOA Theater, Queen Ka'ahumanu Center, The Ritz Carlton Kapalua, and several Front St venues, but her favorite is Maui's 4th of July fireworks celebration at the Lahaina Library (To date, 7 appearances). She loves working with incredible Maui-based musicians.

Ashley Keiko is a talented musician who has been playing saxophone for 21 years. She has performed at major venues such as the Apollo Theater in New York City. She has also performed for Steve Harvey, on the nationally syndicated TV game show, Family Feud. Most recently, Ashley has toured cross-country with Grammy nominated singer/songwriter and musician, El DeBarge. Ashley received her Masters in Music and Music Education at Teachers College, Columbia University. Prior to her graduate coursework and study abroad, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance at School of Jazz at The New School.

East Coast Productions is a complete, state of the art mobile DJ company.
