Their lead was so thoughtful that she even helped me bustle my dress during the reception. The beef brisket biscuit appetizer was the absolute star of the show, literally my grandmother is still trying to duplicate the recipe! Everything ran on schedule, the water service was seamless (very important with the Charleston heat), and our guests have not stopped raving about how delicious the food was.
