The Farm at 42 offically opened it's doors in March of 2018! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 20 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio with heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. In addition, we have a smaller space (The Maple Room) that is perfect for those more intimate weddings of 60 guests or less, with "micro wedding" pricing. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 95, which we opened as our original location in 2013. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has a few different finishes, skylight and a completely different ceremony setting. Cooper's Landing Inn is located in the heart of Lake Country and is a part of Virginia's only lakeside town. Originally built in 1830, the main Inn is surrounded by beautiful grounds which include original outbuildings and our private cottages. While visiting, guests can enjoy the 1833 smokehouse which houses the hot tub, our wedding gazebo, the in-ground pool, sandbox for children, and patios and decks for special celebrations and events. Cooper’s Landing is truly a four-season destination. In the summer months, the in-ground pool provides guests with a cool retreat. Surrounded by a brick patio, the pool area is complete with bistro tables and loungers where guests can savor a blended cocktail or indulge with an item off our delicious pool menu. In the winter months, guests can have S’mores by the fire-pit or curl up next to the woodstove in Traveler’s Tavern.
