We're uniquely charming as a 120-year-old historic home that comfortably accommodates up to 70 guests. When you choose The Dupree House, you'll have access to three distinct areas: our elegant Main room, the functional Bar area, and our spacious Outdoor Deck, all available for you to utilize as you wish. We also have a Bridal suite that can be added on.

    The Dupree House is quite lovely!

    The Dupree House was the perfect choice for our wedding day. Kaitlin was incredibly responsive to every question we had and even offered helpful suggestions that made a real difference. The venue itself has so much character and charm that it felt special from the moment we walked in. Even though I handled most of the planning myself, Kaitlin made the whole process feel seamless and nothing went wrong. Everything came together beautifully on the wedding day, and we couldn't have asked for better support from her. We're so grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend The Dupree House to any couple looking for a unique and welcoming space.

    We booked The Dupree House for an event and couldn't be happier with our choice. From start to finish, the team responded quickly to every question we had, which made planning so much easier. The venue itself is a stunning blank canvas that gave us complete freedom to create exactly the look and feel we wanted for our big day. Booking was straightforward, and their attentiveness throughout the entire process meant we never had to worry about details falling through the cracks. The space is versatile, elegant, and reasonably priced for what you get. We'd absolutely recommend The Dupree House to any couple looking for a venue that's easy to work with and genuinely beautiful.

·Beer & Wine: You are welcome to bring these in with no permit required! ·Liquor: To serve liquor, you’ll just need a one-day ABC permit, a professional bartender, and a day-of insurance waiver. Many caterers can also handle this for you under their own license!
Yes, parking is available on both side and front of the house holding a maximum of 24 cars. Overflow parking is allowed on the street as long as it is not blocking neighboring driveways.

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have a ramp at the side entrance.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. Security deposit is the only fund refunded since you receive that back after your event if nothing is damaged.
There is a 22% service fee and 6.75% sales tax added to all bookings.
