About this venue
The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

Your rental includes full building access. Our main space features a 5,000 sqft ballroom with an attached patio. Tables, chairs and linens are included in your rental of the space. You also have access to the attached patio, 4 private dressing rooms, seperate (but attached) food service room and seperate (but attached) catering kitchen.

Bride
Working with Rachel and the team at The Farm at 95 was an absolute pleasure. Their communication was clear, effective, and kind throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is gorgeous, picturesque, and of the highest quality. Multiple meetings with Rachel helped enhance the clarity of our vision without adding any unnecessary stress. The included table, chair, and tablecloth set-up was an incredible value-add that really put this venue over the top for us. Rachel is an amazing person to work with - her kindness and clear communication made our experience with The Farm at 95 a wonderful one that we'll always cherish.
Fantastic wedding venue!
We recently had our wedding at the Farm on 95 and it was a beautiful venue. The staff was amazing and very professional and it was so simple to get set up and get the party started! Rachel was very kind and helpful leading up to the wedding and I loved that all the tables and chairs were set up and taken down for us so all we had to do was decorate. The staff was great, they helped keep everything running smoothly and were prepared with a rain plan and everything. I loved the location, it was easy for the guests to find and there is lots of parking, plus its close to a ton of hotels, the outlets, and both Selma and Smithfield downtown areas.

Amazing Venue! Amazing Staff!
The Farm at 95 was probably one of our favorite vendors at our wedding. Not only is the location beautiful but Rachel, the General Manager, went above and beyond for us. Our experience working with her was so easy and stress free. She was very helpful during our wedding and even caught a detail I missed and helped us fix it in the moment. Again the venue is beautiful but there also is so many great features you can utilize as well. The dressing rooms with the private bathrooms were perfect for us getting ready (1 bride, 5 maid of honors, 2 mothers and the makeup artist and hair stylist). I also loved how we had so much flexibility you have for where you do the ceremony. You have the option of the outdoor gazebo for your ceremony (which we ended up using) but you also could have your ceremony inside. Our reception was all done in the banquet hall/outdoor patio. We had a live band and the setup was perfect as there is a nice stage in the banquet hall. We had about 200 people and there was more than enough space. I also will mention the parking lot is more than big enough (parking is something I find very important). Overall we loved working with Rachel and truly had an unforgettable night. She did as much as she could to ensure we had a wonderful time. I don't know where else you could find such wonderful venue that is beautiful with a lot of great features and with someone who cares as much as Rachel!
