Thank you for your interest in River Pointe Ranch. We charge $5,000 with a $500 damage deposit. After your event I will write you a $500 check as long as nothing major is damaged. So you're only paying the $5000 for our venue. You get a Friday set up, all day Saturday till 11pm and a Sunday afternoon cleanup. We have a bar that is available. You are welcome to hire a bartender and/or server. We have many extras including tables, chairs, bridal suite, PA systems, DJ lighting, stages, arbors, and access to our decor closet at NO EXTRA COST that is listed in our contract and on our website that other venues charge extra to use. We do not cater weddings but have a list of vendors you can choose from or bring your own catering company. We also DJ events and work as a Day of Coordinator at no extra charge.
