The Dwell Hotel is a boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga, where lively meets luxury, and high class meets high comfort. Vintage décor fills every space of this historic property. We have 16 uniquely designed guests rooms. a Tiki inspired bar and an amazing breakfast/ brunch restaurant on site. Our event space is designed to host intimate gatherings that you and your guests will never forget!

Solarium

Luxury retro space that caters to unique and intimate events

The Dwell Hotel offers uniquely vintage backdrops for all kinds of occasions. The Solarium can host a small intimate wedding for 30 and then turn into a cocktail party for 150 very quickly. There are options available to rent just a small space or the entire building. We can even block off the street behind the hotel to offer additional venue space.

    The Dwell hotel has such a funky/cool vibe and anybody you get to work with will make your stay/experience fantastic in Chattanooga. L'Erin especially is so easy to communicate and plan an event with. The Dwell is a hotel not to miss!
