Complete with 3 hospitality suites, a fully stocked bar and an easily accessible loading area for vendors. Conveniently located just in the heart of Chattanooga on the grounds of the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo Complex. Relax while our professional and personable staff takes care of your every need. Your reservation includes twelve hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our vendors to load in and load out. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
Each client shall carry general public liability insurance, and to indemnify The Signal which shall be named as an additional insured for the duration of this contract, which is available from the client’s local insurance agent.

Yes, our facilities are ADA accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance. If you need any additional accommodations please speak to the Venue Manager.
No, all liquor must be purchased through the venue. We have several options for bar packages!

Yes, valet parking is available through an outside vendor. We have a large parking lot around the back of our building, street parking and several paid lots within half a mile of the venue.
