The Grand Foyer Lobby is the museum's most utilized space. It boasts beautiful stone floors, 30 foot windows overlooking the Tennessee River, a private river view balcony, and jaw dropping sculptures to complete this modern yet elegant space. The Auditorium (separated by an airwall) can be added to the Lobby for seamless additional space.

No. The Hunter Museum is licensed through the TABC board and provides all bar product and bar staff. Exceptions include: (1) donated alcohol for non-profit events with an approve 501(c)3 or (2) clients may bring their own wine. A $60 per case handling fee is applied to every case that enters the building, whether consumed or not. Client may take all remaining wine home with them.

Yes, though limited. The museum is a downtown location, so parking is always limited. Though we do have a small lot that can offer the client about 20 spaces. Additional parking will need to be hired via valet, lot rentals, shuttles, or alternative transportation.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps and elevators, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

4 hour event runtime, an additional 3 hours for setup, and 1.5 hours for breakdown.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 90 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. Rebooking (or date transfer) incurs a 20% fee.

Yes. While we are insured, clients are also required to purchase their own night-of liability insurance to protect the building from any damages caused by the event.
