My name is Becky & I'm the owner and designer of Blissful Blooms. I have always loved flowers, gardening, and crafting. As a child, I would go to our neighbors and accidentally take some of her gorgeous iris' and peonies and bring them home to my mom. This was the beginning of my love for flowers. I ended up getting into education but decided to make the leap to go full time with Florals and leave my job as a teacher. So, I decided to start Blissful Blooms after helping my own children and nieces with their weddings and realized this was my dream job! I'm a born-and-raised Missourian (where did you go to high school?) and a mom to our four-year-old little boy, a baby girl, and one boxer/pit mix named Grizzly. I'm married to my high school sweetheart, but we've known each other since Kindergarten! Before I started working with flowers I went to the Conservatory of Music in Kansas City to study voice. After having our son, I found that I needed a creative outlet and started working with flowers during his nap time and in the evenings.
