“My wife and I were so fortunate to have picked DJ Torpedo & Co. for our May 2024 wedding in Georgetown. I feel music and the emcee often makes or breaks a great wedding, so I spent considerable time reviewing possible DJs to work with. We ended up going to DJ Addison, who at the time was considered a "first-year DJ." He exceeded all expectations. Addison was simply a treat to work with in the planning stages and was exceptionally on point and professional during the wedding day. He's funny but classy, professional but not uptight, willing to make on-the-fly changes, and kept the dance floor hopping during the reception. From his bridal party introductions to saying goodbye at the end of the night, he was simply great. Our wedding was moved inside at the last minute due to rain and he somehow relocated his setup on the fly and didn't complain or seem stressed during the chaos. DJ Torpedo offers a really wonderful music planning app that is easy to understand and pick your songs from ceremony to reception. The app has YouTube integration that allows you to easily assemble your playlists. “My partner and I came into our wedding planning with a lofty idea - 150 person backyard wedding in the summer heat. Brandon took on the challenge not only with enthusiasm, but also an incredible amount of flexibility, clear direction, and belief. His communication style is stellar - he is readily available and we appreciated his application to make picking songs and organizing them seamless. He is certainly not an "in-your-face" DJ - he makes sure you are the star of your day, and will fill in the gaps where necessary to make your dream come true. I personally had a fairly outlandish request for my mother-son dance, and he just rolled with it - as if it was the simplest and most approachable request ever. He also played a huge part in ensuring all of our ceremony, speeches, etc. were loud and clear. Mics were easy to use, and felt very professional. As initial "we-don't-want-a-DJ" people for our wedding, we are SO GLAD we ended up choosing a different route by going with Brandon because he was everything we needed and more, and put on an incredible showing for our eager and dance-happy guests :) See below for evidence of dance floor getting torn up from dancing too hard ;)”

“There is a reason DJ Paul keeps receiving Couple’s Choice and Best of Weddings awards year after year, he is simply outstanding! He truly understands the vibe of your wedding and knows exactly how to keep your guests on the dance floor all night long. From reading the crowd to perfectly timing every transition, he created an atmosphere that was fun, seamless, and unforgettable. Our guests absolutely loved him and kept raving about what a phenomenal DJ he was throughout the night! My husband and I chose the Gold Package, which covered absolutely everything needed for a wedding and more! It even included uplighting and a party pack with glow batons and necklaces (which our guests LOVED and definitely added to the energy on the dance floor). Throughout the entire planning process, Paul’s communication was impeccable. He was extremely responsive, organized, and always one step ahead. As a type-A bride, I truly appreciated how reassuring he was, especially when reminding me not to worry if guests didn’t start dancing immediately (he was right…they just needed a little time and some liquid courage!). Paul walked us through the entire day step by step and offered so many helpful suggestions on what works best. He always had a backup plan ready, which ended up being a lifesaver. Our wedding weekend had a HUGE rainstorm, and we had to move our ceremony indoors. I had originally planned a sparkler exit, but with the rain, I wasn’t sure what to do or if we should skip it altogether. When I mentioned just dancing until the end, Paul immediately stepped in with the perfect solution: using the light-up batons for our exit. Saroj James Hyoju, got into DJ industry upon walking into Latin club in Dallas, Texas in 2015. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up. A week later, he was invited to co-DJ at one of his friends’ wedding reception and rest is the history.
