Riggers Loft is situated on the edge of the San Francisco Bay. It is urban chic with high loft ceilings and wooden trusses that invite further decoration. The venue is filled with windows looking out onto the bay with the city skyline directly across the bay. The inside space is 7000 square feet with a footprint that is malleable, and is easily and beautifully delineated by racks of wine barrels. Outside is a 5000 square foot patio overlooking the bay. Many lovely ceremonies have taken place there with sailboats drifting by, and seagulls and sea lions making their entrances as well.

Longevity Wines is a family-owned, urban winery and certified minority-owned business based in the Livermore Valley wine region of Northern California. Longevity Wines provides the perfect setting for your bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, corporate event, or other special occasion with inside seating for up to 100 guests. Our iconic barn and barrel room setting, alongside our brand-new Private Member Room are both intimate and inviting. Our cozy ambience is perfect for any special event.

Our 3000 square foot space is located in the historic Cotton Mill district of Oakland. Just off the 880 freeway, Flowhouse is located just east of Brooklyn Basin and directly opposite the Embarcadero Cove pier. We have two beautiful dance studios that can be used for dancing as well as dinner set up. One studio can also be used as dressing room area. We also have a beautiful living room and lobby area that can be used for a buffet set up, receiving area, and cocktail area.

We offer full catering through our neighboring sister restaurant Cibo Rustico with a menu featuring wood-fired pizzas, pasta, salads, desserts, and specialty dishes. Our max capacity is 120 guests, however, groups of about 50 guests work best in our space. An average price for an all-inclusive wedding with food, service, wine/beer, and all available extras you may want to add on is about $7000. The City View Room (23,000 square feet), offers views of the iconic Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room, also on the upper level, and connected to the City View Room, offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room is the perfect room for a wedding ceremony or a more intimate wedding reception. Alternatively, say your nuptials on the Embarcadero Room (lower level) with an unobstructed backdrop of the San Francisco Bay and Bay Bridge. The Embarcadero Room (18,000 square feet), situated on the lower level, is industrial with exposed ceilings and cement flooring. It is lined with roll-up doors that can be opened, allowing direct access to outdoor space along the waterfront for a great indoor/outdoor event.
