Founded in 1947 by friends Bob Frostenson and Harry Durall after watching Olympic Team tryouts in nearby Sun Valley, Soldier Mountain began with $10,000, a handmade lodge, and two rope tows. The first chairlift was added in 1971, followed by a second in 1974. Actor Bruce Willis purchased the resort in the late 1990s and later donated it to a nonprofit in 2012. In 2015, Matt and Diane McFerran operated the mountain until 2020, when it was acquired by a group of passionate skiers, riders, and backcountry enthusiasts dedicated to preserving its independent spirit. Today, Soldier Mountain remains family-friendly and proudly Idaho — offering Snow Cat skiing, yurt stays, and unforgettable days on the slopes.

I love my family. I have been married to my wife Danielle for 8 years, and we have 4 kids together . We live in Southern Idaho and hope to spend the rest of our lives here.

I was born in May of 1996. I am very happily married to my very best friend. We have been married since April of 2022. I am a mother of two AMAZING boys. My oldest is the sweetest soul I've ever met. He is kind, compassionate, and loves with his whole heart. My youngest, on the other hand, is my wild child. He is always rough housing or trying to come tackle you. My husband and I are currently expecting and cannot wait for October 0f 2022. My greatest blessing in this life has been to be a mother. It's a love like I've never known and I wouldn't trade it for the WORLD.

I started my business in 2017 after I had my first baby, I started because I felt like the area could use a florist with a little more experience from outside the Magic Valley, I had worked for a large florist in the Salt Lake Area for the 7 years prior.
