“From start to finish, working with The Stately Rose team was a pleasure. From my initial conversation with Johanna about my vision for my look, I could tell this was the right salon for me and my girls. Her careful attention to detail and genuine care for me as a potential client impressed me. Throughout the process, Yoli, the bridal coordinator, responded to all of my questions promptly and cheerfully. Marielly and Janelle made me feel so comfortable and confident at my trial and were open and responsive to feedback and follow-up questions I had about my own look as well as questions my girls wanted to ask. On my wedding day, my bridesmaids, mom, and I got ready at the pink salon. The space is bright, airy, and full of cute spots for photos. Marielly and Janelle gave each of my girls the same VIP treatment they gave me at my trial and they kept us on time to ensure the rest of the day went smoothly. My group ranged widely in terms of needs (we had hair that was curly, straight, thick, and thin and girls who ranged from wearing little to no makeup regularly to girls who regularly go full glam and wanted bright and colorful looks), and each girl ended up with a look that was perfect for them! Our hair and makeup lasted all night long! While the final product was impressive, what stands out the most to me about working with The Stately Rose was how they made me feel. Every question or concern I had was treated as important (no matter how small) in the lead-up to the day. In the salon, Marielly and Janelle created a positive, fun, relaxed, and empowering environment. They were the ultimate hype-women all morning and they really set the tone for the day moving forward. It was especially meaningful to me how much care our team took in accommodating health and safety concerns among my party; requests we made to keep those with compromised immune systems or allergies comfortable and safe were made without hesitation. We all left the salon to start the rest of the busy and stressful day feeling like our best selves. I could not have asked for a better glam team and I’d recommend The Stately Rose to any bride-to-be without hesitation!”

“Can I just start by saying that Alex was the most kind and attentive person and I have truly never felt more beautiful than the glam she did for me on my wedding day! She is a true artist, easy to talk to, and had such a calming presence (which honestly is huge on the wedding day when there is so much happening around you.) Alex and her assistant Gia were so easy to communicate with during all the coordination in the time leading up to wedding. All of my questions were answered promptly and Alex provides amazing guides to help you get ready in the months leading up! I was in a unique situation where I was traveling across the country for my wedding in MA and needed to do my trial the day before the wedding. She was incredibly accommodating, and even personalized my look to be a bit softer so I could wear it out to my rehearsal dinner. I sent her the inspiration ahead of time and she created the most beautiful look for me and even inspired me to start wearing lip liner! Alex did an incredible job and managed to glam me (27), my grandmother (72), my mother-in-law (53), and my step-mom, (54) all different ages, complexions, goals, skin types, and desires, and she absolutely delivered! “I got married on 10/18/2025 and hired Beauty Boston for hair and makeup. I found Beauty Boston on The Knot and was drawn in by the volume of positive reviews for the company. I utilized the online inquiry form to reach out, and Marissa responded right away with pricing information and availability. I appreciated that I was able to do a trial before committing to booking anything and loved that the company offered both makeup and hair options. I was assigned Andi as a make up artist and Jordan as a hair stylist. I had my trial with Andi, and she did a fantastic job. She listened to what I truly wanted and was very adaptable when I requested small tweaks. She kept track of all the products she used and all of my requests really well because she replicated the look perfectly 9 months later on my wedding day. While I had a lifelong friend do my own hair for my wedding, Jordan did hair for my 4 bridesmaids, my mother, and my mother-in-law. All of their styles came out beautiful and lasted the whole night (my sister even wore her look to brunch the next day and it still looked amazing)! During the planning process, Marissa was extremely helpful in coordinating timelines and pricing. I loved that the artists were able to come on site to the hotel where we got ready and they even brought their own chairs for us to use. On the wedding day, both Andi and Jordan were extremely punctual and kind. They really both did a fantastic job and kept us on schedule. We even had time at the end for two bridesmaids who had not requested make up to get lashes put on for a small fee at the last second. I truly could not have picked a better company for my wedding beauty and am so grateful to Andi and Jordan for making me and my bridal party look so good on my big day!”

“Geri was incredible for doing both hair and makeup for myself and my wife. From the time we set up and went to the trial with her we knew she was the right choice. We needed to change the amount of people getting done several times and she always changed it seamlessly. For our wedding we had a large bridal party and needed a lot of people done for hair and makeup (9 bridesmaids). Geri and her team were incredible of ensuring everyone got the styles that they wanted. I even changed the style I wanted for my makeup drastically from the trail I did and Geri made my vision come true. Her team was fantastic with all of our wedding party and even our year old flower girl who required some extra patience. I cannot say enough nice things about how Geri and her team made me and my wife feel on our wedding day. If you’re considering booking her you will not regret it!”
