Located a half mile from the Biltmore Estate, just up the road from their South Slope Specialty Brewery in Asheville, NC, Hi-Wire Brewing has added The Event Space to their Big Top Production Brewery location. ​The barn has been built from the ground up by Craig Carpenter, his brother Timmy Carpenter and other family and friends. Many of the trees use to build the barn were harvested from their property and were prepared at their saw mill on site. The idea for a wedding venue began was a dream of their daughter, now Zimmerwald's Estate manager Katie Carpenter White. What began as a simple dream and a sketch on a piece of notebook paper, has now become a reality.
