Wilburn Street Studio is a beautiful 3,000 square foot flexible rental space + 2,500 square foot private outdoor space in East Nashville's historic McFerrin Park. We were originally a goods store in the 1930s and we still have the display nooks and original walls. We have beautiful hardwood floors, natural light and plenty of space to create your dream wedding. Our open vendor policy allows you to hand-select each vendor and create your perfect day! A piece of history… The Cool Springs House has a long and colorful history. In 1830, James and Penelope Barfield Carothers built the original two log rooms of the Cool Springs House located at what is presently the intersection of Mallory Lane and Cool Springs Boulevard. Many years later, the house had major renovations done to it by adding the second story, the downstairs hall, and the front porch.
