“We booked Christine with Barefoot Royalty for our wedding after meeting her at a bridal expo in Statesboro, GA. The Queen of Hearts package was the one that best suited our needs, which included an engagement session as well. My husband and I decided that we would like to have our session at the river on his dad’s property and Christine was on board and filled with excitement from the start! Little did she know our session would involve a dog, canoe, boat, champagne, and a very awkward couple. With all of these props, obstacles, and survival taking pictures from a moving riverboat in the Ogeechee, Christine got us through our engagement session. We were instantly blown away after our pictures arrived within the timeframe given! Our wedding day quickly arrived and was exciting, fun, and busy right from the start. Christine had a photography schedule for us to follow and worked as hard as possible to keep all of us on track (which was a VERY challenging task in itself). After the ceremony, Christine recommended “golden hour” pictures while our guests enjoyed a cocktail hour. As much as I was excited to start visiting and celebrating with our guests, I am so happy she encouraged us to take the time because the pictures are PERFECT! The week of the wedding, we decided to book an extra hour with Christine to be able to capture more of our reception. Honestly, aside from booking Barefoot Royalty in the first place, this may have been our best decision yet! She and her second shooter stayed until 9 PM and captured so many fun reception pictures that we would not have had otherwise! Christine stayed in touch as the weeks passed while we waited for our full gallery to arrive… and boy were they worth the wait!!! Being able to relive our wedding day through the pictures has been so much fun. We are blown away by the talent she has, attention to detail, and how everything turned out. We would highly recommend Barefoot Royalty Photography for your engagement/wedding photos and would book with Christine every time if we had to do it over again!! “It's hard to describe exactly how wonderful of an experience it was to work with Michi and Maya. From the very first moment, they were incredibly professional, friendly, and everything about them gave us confidence that they were the best possible people to photograph the most important day of our lives. It's such a special privilege to have your wedding photographers be so happily in love themselves. They have a uniquely deep understanding of what love is, looks like, and how to capture that through the lens of a camera in such a way that you can easily relive every moment just as clearly as the first time. We originally hired them just for photography, but decided at the last minute to add videography onto our package (highly recommend having video). We reached out to Maya and she was so helpful in accomodating the last minute addition. The day of our wedding, "they were like ninjas," to quote one of our more observant guests. Some other photographers try to act as wedding coordinators and end up turning the day into a photoshoot instead of a celebration, but not Michi and Maya. They had a few planned moments of staged/directed pictures, but otherwise their candid photography style turned out to be the most beautiful and authentic representation of a wedding that I've ever seen (ok maybe a bit biased there). I can't recommend enough that you hire Michi and Maya. We love them so much, and undoubtedly you will too!”

“Gabby was the best photographer we could have ever hoped for. We told her what we were looking for in terms of nature (i.e., mountains and desert) for our wedding, and she knew all the best spots. She recommended multiple places that provided stunning backdrops (e.g., Storm Mountain, Brighton, Donut Falls, Guardsman Pass, Antelope Island). She stayed with us the entire day (so many hours!) and did a second day after photo shoot to get some good desert pictures (Antelope Island). She was amazing with our friends and family, always very friendly and warm. I did a lot of research on photographers before choosing her, and her portfolio demonstrated exceptionally high quality work for a very reasonable price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her for any event that you want to remember well.”

“We cannot recommend Ally Haley Photography highly enough - She so beautifully captured our wedding! We really struggled to find a photographer who fit within our budget while also fitting our style, so when Ally showed up on my feed, I reached out immediately. She was extremely responsive, and provided helpful tips even beyond our photography needs (such as hair & makeup referrals, tips for bakery, etc.). Our package included an engagement shoot which was a great opportunity to get comfortable with the photographer and posing for photos. It really helped my husband and I feel our best on wedding day, and was so special to be able to share photos ahead of our wedding as we counted down the days! Ally is such a talented photographer that even the unedited photos she showed during our shoot turned out beautifully. She also did an excellent job of getting a wide variety of angles and poses so we had all the options we could possibly need. When it came time for the wedding day, Ally worked around our schedule and really helped to get best "bang for our buck" as far as photos were concerned, helping us coordinate a large number of shots into a limited amount of time. Best part was we were promised a sneak peek within 2 days of our event, and Ally delivered above and beyond - we received about 90 beautifully edited photos 2 days later so we could share highlights of our day with friends and family!!
