My comprehensive skill set and enthusiasm for high-quality customer-based photography and filmmaking are highlighted by my diverse experience. When you work alongside him on a wedding day, you will have a true team player. He is prompt, concise, helpful and diligent in his communication, always over-communicating and doing what's best for the couple. The quality of his work is creative, stunning, radiant and vibrant. Every couple we've worked with has only had positive things to say about him. Any couple would be lucky to have Woody on their special day.

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Woody was the best photographer I have ever worked with. His energy was amazing and he was super accommodating to our changing situations. He told us exactly how to pose when we weren't sure and just kept the vibes great! He made my wedding day so much less stressful. My guests were saying they thought he was family based on how we were interacting. He's definitely one of the best vendors I've worked with ever! He even showed me raw shots and they were amazing without any editing. I can't wait for our final pictures! I'm going to recommend him to anyone that needs photographer.

    Woody and his team captured our June 2026 wedding and they were highly detailed! They captured the details of our outfits, rings, and the layout of our wedding venue. They handled getting everyone together and in place to capture key moments throughout our experience. The quality of the images were amazing and we couldn't have selected a better photographer for our wedding day

We accept credit and debit cards, monthly payment plans, in-house payment options, and Affirm financing. A non-refundable retainer is due at signing. Late payments after 3 days have a $50 late fee.
Yes, we travel throughout Georgia and the Southeast! Travel fees may apply for sessions or events outside Metro Atlanta and will be clearly discussed before booking.
Yes! Photos By W is fully insured, and we always carry backup equipment for peace of mind. We can provide proof of insurance if your venue requires it.
You can reschedule for emergencies or weather with reasonable notice. Your retainer can be transferred to a new date within 365 days, pending availability. If you cancel within 45 days of a wedding, the remaining balance may still be due.
Sneak peeks in 48 hours, proofs in 7 business days, full gallery or video within 60 business days (excluding holidays).
No. RAW files are not provided. All final photos and videos are edited and color-corrected for quality and consistency.
Final files are hosted for 60 days after delivery. After that, recovery fees apply — $150 within 60 days and $350 up to one year. We always recommend backing up your files right away.
Absolutely! You can share a shot list or ideas before the session, and we’ll make sure to include them along with our own creative direction.
Guests can take casual photos, but we ask that no one interferes with our lighting setups or direction. Photos By W must have creative exclusivity during your event or session.
Yes, for weddings over four hours, we ask that clients provide a vendor meal and beverage for our team, served when you eat. This helps ensure we don’t miss any key moments.
Yes! Each project includes two free minor revisions. After that, additional edits start at $50 per revision for portraits or events and $100 per revision for weddings.
You have personal-use rights to print, share, and post your images. Commercial use, resale, or alteration without permission is not allowed.
Yes, we often include additional photographers or videographers depending on your package. All editing and delivery are done by Photos By W to maintain consistency.
